Really interesting and immersive little adventure! It reminds me of Coraline and Tim Burton's aesthetics but with original touches, it's not just trying to mimic other styles. The game has not a single word on the story, you have to figure out by yourself, and it's kinda refreshing to play a game like this after 140 hours on an JRPG. Everything is there, you just have to pay attention. Very well-made and the ambient immersion is great. The controls are just a bit clunky and sometimes the game feels unfair and trial-and-error when encountering some enemies, which can be frustating at times. But it's not something that ruins the game IMO. I'm now curious to know more about this world and what to expect next.

Early Access Review
A refreshing experience! You have a simple task and TONS of replay value, especially with friends and even with random players. 10/10 game and I love how simple it is, even for the graphics which are a charm IMO. I love the game. Grats on the dev for creating such a fun experience.

Now I can bring democracy in 3rd person and get terrified by new camera angles. 10/10 upgrade from the first game, same thing with better camera. The action is so close now that there is bug blood in my face.

A really fun and complete experience! It's a fairly easy game but not because it's too simple, but because it's easy to keep track of what you need to do. I love the mine work and it's nice that the town wont explode just because you spent too many time in the mines. The campaign is satisfatory and fun, worth the wait and the money. Congratulations to the team to delivery another fun, relaxing and wholesome experience. I've been playing the SteamWorld games since Dig and really love how the gameplay is always top notch in fun. Great job! Thank you for making this game and thank you for the experience.

My favorite simulator since 2014! I really dig how the game evolved and improved along the years. Great job, devs!

I love how detailed it is. You really have to do the jobs requested, not only click and wait. Eventually you can hire staff to help. Managing everything is nice as the game teaches everything to you in a good rythim, not overwhelming you with too much at once. Relaxing and fun game, a good simulator. It has some glitches and the animations are robotic, but fair for the budget of an indie game. Good job to the team, you made a fantastic game here!

It is such a fun and charming game! I really enjoyed the way you have to deal with both the adventure and your cult, nothing felt too much and the boss battles are top notch. The achievements are not that hard to get, except those that requires you to kill the bosses without taking damage. But you can set the difficulty to Easy just for that and follow some online guides. Oh, I also love the art style. I'ts been a while since a game got my attention that much! Congratulations for the devs!

This was a refreshing and fun experience! I've finished the game and got all the achievements, and I must say the devs made a great job with this game. The monster controlls are on point, you trully feel like an unstoppable force, even when the enemies get stronger. There is always a way to overcome then and you feel great about it. I enjoyed the puzzles as well, they forced me to use all the skills in a smart way and I approve that.
The game may feel short, but it is on point with the game's nature. It does not have a super story to keep you hooked, the main reason you play this game is because of the monster. And this is done in a superb way. Navigating in this metroidvania is quick and precise, even backtracking dont feel a burden. The maps are MEGA well designed so you rarely feel lost or that you missed something.
In the end I really enjoyed the experience and was relieved when there was an option to continue from my last save after the game ends. I got the achivements that where left and finished the game again.

Resume: super refreshing and fun game. Amazing controls and visuals. Not much story to see here, but I totally recommend this game for a quick fun.

Such a great experience! That's by far the best Alien game I've played. It gives the same nostalgia as the movies, and the same terror. An unknown alien creature that can show up at any second? This game delivers this tension flawlessly. I totally recommend playing it.
And the sound design is A-MA-ZING! Boy everything about the sound is impressive, you should TOTALLY play it with a headset, seriously. You always get nervous by listening to Alien steps, or her moving on the celling, or she just breathing next to you. The sound of the radar blipping as one of them gets closer and closer. Best sound experience I've got in a good while!
The only downside would be the storytelling, it is ok at most, nothing special but does its job. Graphics still amazing even today (I totally forgot it was a game from 2016!), and gameplay is awesome. My only complain is the combat, super clunky to be honest. But this can be forgiven as A) That's not the point of the game and B) your character is an engineer, not a soldier. So avoiding combat and trying your best to be efficient with the tools you have is the best approach for this game. So if you're looking for a Alien-shooting game, this one is not for you! It is a first-person-horror game with a lot of stealth.
I think that's all! My rating is "AWESOME"! I had so much fun and had a great refreshing experience.
