Maximum Entertainment bought the company, gutted the team, and released a character so unpolished, the former staff are asking players to ban the new character or play on an old version of the game. The unlock system in this game is terrible. You find color coded loot drops you have to make it out of the mission with that are random unlocks for weapons you probably don't have. You have to unlock the weapons in the loot drops as well.

The new season feels a lot better. Not perfect, but it's definitely in a great spot and I'd recommend this game to anyone looking to jump ship from other competitive FPS.
