All of a sudden, will require a PSN/PlayStation account to play, so that Sony can inflate their user numbers and steal all our info while having multiple data breaches.
And the PSN service isn't even available in a lot of countries.

Beat the dragon at chapter 5, frustating game in general, specially if playing alone.

Get it if it's 50% off or less. Game mods (nexusmods) are advised to make better experience.

-the Story is very poorly written. Not necessary in direction, just too many things are poorly written.
The game tries to push you towards a faction, but main NPCs of that faction are so poorly written and random NPCs from that faction try to bad stuff to you so many times (main story and side quests) that it just makes it hard to side with them.
Events in the story just randomly happen. Not in a suspense/surprise kind of way, They just...happen. Not set up, no flow. Felt like they had a general story and started to throw random events in the middle to extend it.
Some choices you make matter, but you can almost never reference them in the future ( had a NPC1 with me, suddenly we get attacked, and I discover he was going to betray me, I'm given the choice to leave him behind or try to take out the attacker (NPC2). I left NPC1 behind. Later in the game I met NPC2 (self introduced as the attacker) and the fact that I left NPC1 behind to be killed by NPC2 is not mentioned. Also, much later on, for some random reason and no set up at all, I just start calling NPC1(!) over the radio for help).

-The game is overall janky and buggy.
The movement makes you feel like you are floating, and the parkour is fun when it works, if it works (sometimes you will grab that ledge even if it looks it's far away, sometimes you will land face 1st into it and still not grab it). It just feels inconsistent overall. Combat feels the same.
The game has this function where you have to press Q (by default) to scan things and highlight items, but it just stops working randomly, and it gets worse as you progress further into the game.

-Performance was okay. 90fps 2560x1080 with RayTracing on (used DigitalFoundry's suggested settings). Ryzen 5800X RTX3080

Update 2: With patch 1.03 and enabling HAGS (Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling) in Windows (requires updated version 2004) the crashes have stopped and performance is much better. Still some rare random FPS dips but nothing major.

Update 1: A bit more into the game and now its crashing randomly. 1st crash was when talking to the 1st trader. It has crashed 2 more times and i've stopped playing it. Its was fun until crashes started :(

Original review: 3 hours into the game and haven't had a single issue. I have a Ryzen 2600x @default clk, 16gb ddr4 3000 cl16 and a 1070ti frankensteined with some zip ties to hold some case fans in place because 1 of the cooler fans died. I play in 2560x1080 (ultrawide / 21:9) with a 75hz display. My GPU is in a 16x pcie slot. Most of my settings are on ulta except for shadows, reflections and clouds. I will update this review if i face any issues.

It's meh. The community is not as good as people will lead you to believe and the game seems to have a general delay (lag) in all actions (most noticeably in combat), Good luck clearing content in PF.

Game is great. Fun, interesting, and awesome to go on hunts and bring down a big ass monster...or two.
I have absolutely no connectivity issues and can play with my firends perfectly across multiple countries and ISPs.
Rocking a solid and super stable 1080p 60fps using a 4690k 1070ti combo, everything on high, volumetric rendering set to off.
No workarounds required for anything for me.

Game full of bugs (UI disapears, can't select items / guns, among others that i got in the little time i played). UI is slow and unresponsive. Supposed to support DX12 but AMD cards run it better on DX11. Buy it only cheap, on sale. Not worth Tripple A tittle price
