You can telekinetically pet the animals.
Gir's VA is Raz's "Warrior Spirit" Archetype: Paper Razputin.
You fight off DMC-style enemies during Panic Attacks by slowing down time and dodge/parrying their attacks. In other words, you take time to slow down and carefully assess a panic attack in order to stop it.

This game is everything I could expect from a long awaited sequel, and even more!
10/10. Best Game of the Year.

Pros
+ Dash Cancels, Air Combos and Big Damage to the Environment
+ Great Character Models
+ Mega-Church of Katakuri Approved
+ Co-op is Solid
+ Big Mom and Kaido are BIG!!!
+ It has that Lego Star Wars vibe of defeating a boss, and then getting to Free Play as them.
+ BIG MONKE LUFFY VS GIANT LIZARD KAIDO is a good final battle for this game.

Cons
- This game skips a few arcs (Skypiea, Fishman Island, pretty much all of East Blue.) It does recap events that aren't playable, and focuses more on the major battles within the series.
- This game is also really quick to beat your first time through, and there isn't much replay value outside of mastering different characters and
- The Boss Armor is ANNOYING! It only pads out the fight, and can easily break the flow of combat when it recharges. Not as big of an issue in the late game, but by that point it's a grind to surpass.
- Invisible Walls where you think you should be able to jump, and the maps tend to be bigger than needed - especially when a mission-important ally needs help from the other side of the battlefield.
- I miss the Crew Attacks from 3... being able to have the crew line up and unleash a Combination Finisher on the Bosses really hyped-up the fights.

OVERALL
Gameplay - B (Only repetitive if you don't do combos on the plot important enemies. There is a lot of impact with the Supers, but you do have to grind in order to start One Punch styling on enemies. Controls feel good, Camera never fights, but the boss battle armor can get annoying if you aren't learning air combo tech.)
Story - EH (Watch/Read One Piece, this game doesn't flesh out all the characters)
Music - SSS (I highly enjoyed the remix of the returning OST in this game series.)
Graphics - Anime +

BOTTOM LINE
If you are already a fan of One Piece, and enjoy the Warrior-style gameplay... then I recommend giving this installment a try. I still recommend 3 as the starting point of the Pirate Wars series, since 1 and 2 were just full-priced Betas back in the day. For a PROPER One Piece game experience, I still want a game where you sail around and can fully explore islands - needs more inspiration from Black Flag and the Caribbean in KH3, or even P5S!
