Dlcleri olmadan oyun size hiçbir şey yaptırmıyor. Dlcsiz Eu4 Age of empires 2den daha kötü oluyor. Dlclerin tamamı varken güzel oyun. Toplu olduğunuzda oynaması zevkli olabiliyor fakat yalnız olduğunuzda bir tık bayabiliyor.
