It's fun but overly competitive.

You carry stuff from one person to another person and it's surprisingly engaging. The openness of the world and the freedom of your approaches, coupled with the online interaction, make everything seem like you're part of something bigger than your character. As with any Kojima game, there is a fair amount of social commentary. This does not detract from the gameplay in any way.

Play it if you want something to get lost in.

I use it pretty much every time I play anything. It has a noticeable effect on pretty much everything, even if very slight. Even if I'm sometimes imagining it, it makes me feel like everything runs better.

easily the best Dark Souls game just by virtue of being the closest thing to Bloodborne on PC

Played this game since launch on Battle.net. It's had its low points and also high points, but with a steady improvement since Forsaken revived it. Shadowkeep has its own problems, but nothing that I think would ruin anyone's enjoyment. If you like solid gunplay and fun cooperative multiplayer experiences, this will do the trick. The competitive mode (known as the Crucible) is also a lot of fun. I'm not a PvP-oriented player at all, and I still enjoy it.

The best post-apocalyptic junk hoarding simulator I've ever played. As an added bonus, it has quests to complete and a world made vibrant not by the locations themselves, but by the people you meet and the events you encounter.

The hype was real, but it was mostly lived up to.

However it's kinda buggy. Like, walk in place mid-air buggy. Or, unable to finish a minor side quest buggy. I haven't come across any game-breakers yet.

Fast paced FPS action. Very fun! The only problem (for me) is a lack of balancing for player skill levels, but I don't really know how they would fix that.

I highly recommend this game.
