Early Access Review
VRChat saved my Social Life like most other people, VRChat also let me go clubbing and DJ for 20+ Groups and Venues where my medical conditions barred me from DJing IRL.

I'm not going to pretend like VRC Mods have an entirely positive impact. There are clients like Noctorious that exist obviously, and those kinds of clients need to be banned. However, it's the Optimization & Safety/Security mods from Melonloader that I've seen work wonders for people in instances w/ 60+ people, as they were running @ 25/30 FPS easy. With EAC enabled, DJ's that are not on supercomputers can't play in VR, and can't be immersed as they dip below 10/15 FPS and can barely hear what they're playing because they play on a lower-end SteamVR Headset.

For me personally, I play on an RX 5700 XT + Ryzen 7 3700X, and the game has been an absolute joy to perform and chill in. But I cannot play after this upcoming patch because I depend on these mods when there's a ton of people, to not only see who's currently crashing but to also stop myself from crashing from bad actors. EAC is not going to help things, it's only going to make things worse. Please vote on the Canny post below, cancel your VRC+ subscription, and don't play VRChat for the rest of this week. We need to make some noise and we need to show the developers that this is not okay.
