Just discovered the hard way that the Hardcore mode instantly deletes all your game progress. The game does not warn you any time of this. I assumed it made the enemies harder hitting and with more health, but apparently not. I just suddenly lost a 70% progress game. Definitely not continuing this game. What a shame.

Great RPG. Really holds true to Baldur's Gate's original quality and style. Greatly recommended for anyone who enjoyed the original, or any D&D-based RPG.

Same engine as Assassin's Creed IV and III. Buggy as hell, sometimes unplayable, really ruins the story and the gameplay. I'm liking the story so far.
Exploration gets repetitive very fast, especially if you played Black Flag before this (essentially the same collectibles).
If you buy this, just skip all collectibles and side activities if you value your own time; it's not worth it.
Also if you don't follow 100% of the Assassin's Creed timeline story, skip this game.

This is a great game for survival horror fans, especially for fans of the Resident Evil series.
However, don't buy it on pc, it has serious performance issues (at least with some modern Nvidia graphics cards) which up to now haven't had an update or patch to fix. Enjoy it on a console for less headache.

The game sucks. Seems like the developers didn't even care enough to make more than 3 levels, which you have to repeat more than 1 time with very little changes. There are almost no highlights and a shallow story. And this comes from someone who enjoyed the original Alan Wake. Heed my advice: don't bother even considering wasting your money on this.

Another good Assassin's Creed game. Note that I wrote "good" instead of "great" or "awesome". It has great potential, but it doesn't develop very well throughout the main plot.
When buying this, expect to be entertained only by the story missions. Not having what to do except to follow the linearity of the game is a bit frustrating.
Unlike 2 or Brotherhood, this installment isn't as long or extensive, in terms of gameplay time or maps. One has enough money, by the end, only to rebuild about 70% buildings and buy about 70% of what shops offer.
The title's setting is Constantinople, which is big indeed, but the whole game is restricted to that ares, except for a few missions which take you to Masyaf or Capadoccia, which are small and not fully explorable, by the way. For movementation, the lack of horses on the city is another downside, as it could be a time saver and more interesting than the fast-travel system for many trips.
On the other hand, Revelations earns new gameplay refinements. The addition of bomb-crafting and using definitely makes for a better experience. There is also the new hookblade, which replaces your secondary hidden blade to make climbing easier, faster and more practical.
Story-wise, it wraps-up Ezio Auditore's story in an interesting way. That is why one should first play Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood to know the main character better and have a better experience.
Overall, I'd recommend Revelations in case one likes the Assassin's Creed series, but don't expect to be overwhelmed by the amount of content or excitement the assignments bring.

This DLC is about the same as Desmond's memory sequences you unlock in the original game by gathering animus data fragments. It really focuses on story, discussing some interesting topics on the main assassin's life. On that point, it deserves one's attention.
However, it falls short on gameplay. It is pretty much the same experience as before, except this time it's longer. The journey gets tedious from after the first 10 minutes until the end.
If you're really a fan of the Assassin's Creed series and like to learn more about the story behind Desmond, I'd recommend you to search for it on google or youtube, as it is worthwhile. Otherwise, just ignore this piece of downloadable content.

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition is a great game. If you are a fan of the RPG genre, then this is a must play to you.
It has an interesting, deep story, with lots of twists, problems to solve and dark places to go through. Standard leveling up system, with skill trees, large focus on potion using and making (more apparent later on in the game) and sword fighting using three different witcher styles (group, fast or strong). What makes the game unforgiving is its emphasis on choice making, which can change as little as a reward for a small quest to how the end of the game turns out to be. In addition, the personal life of Geralt of Rivia (main character) can be very involving with players.
Unfortunately, it also has its downside regarding the lack of "open-worldness", constantly making you miss some quests and/or interesting features you may not have noticed or finished exclusive to an area while transitioning chapters. Furthermore, the battle system is too passive, at least in my view, making it easy near the beginning of the game but very depressing towards the end. There are also a few bugs which may enrage you should you encounter them, such as the frequent crashing due to a large number of saves at the same time or a little unresponsiveness during tough fights, which might get you killed and make you rage over your death.
Overall, very good game to play, with high and low points. Just didn't like the wilderness, it feels too lonely. I'd give it a 7.8/10, losing those 2.2 for its bugs, combat system and restricted world.
