I may not be a very professional person nor a critic (source: this is a Steam review), however I'd like to share my thoughts on a game I like for once instead of leaving a not so meaningful and well created review.

(WARNING: This is a long review. If you don't wanna read everything, here's a summary: Very enjoyable skill and speed based platformer with a charming art style, memorable and silly characters, and just a very goofy atmosphere. With that out of the way, here's my full review.)

Pizza Tower as a game is very wacky and sticks out from other games that I've seen and/or played. The characters have many silly and unique personalities and traits. Peppino is the main character who is having a 24/7 panic attack because a giant floating pizza wants to destroy his business, the Noise is literally the damn Noid and is pretty much the exact opposite of Peppino, Pepperman is a giant pepper who has a few artistic talents and views himself as the main character, Mr. Stick is a greedy piece of ♥♥♥♥, Gustavo is Peppino's co-worker and has a giant rat companion named Brick, I could go on and on, but I want to continue on with the review. Anyways, let's talk about the gameplay. The controls are very easy to understand and the movement is very fluid and smooth. In summary, the learning curve of the controls, movement, and just overall gameplay is almost the same as the learning curve of Team Fortress 2. It's easy to understand, but hard to master, except this time there aren't 9 different play styles to choose from. Continuing on, let's go over the overall game structure and progression. There are a total of 4 or 5 floors (I don't have the greatest memory), each harder than the last. The first floor acts like a big tutorial. It introduces the player to the main moveset, collectibles, and the Pizza Time! event via the tutorial level, secret areas via the first level, the transformation mechanics via every level after the first one, and the boss fight mechanics via the first boss. The higher up you go, the more ♥♥♥♥ the game throws at you. New mechanics are introduced, you discover new things and gain a better understanding of the controls, etc.

Anyways, I'm tired of typing stuff and I've run out of things to say. In conclusion, I rate this game a 10/10. It's very silly and fun to replay.
