1 cup (240ml) strong coffee, cooled
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
8 oz (225g) mascarpone cheese
¾ cup (180ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
12-15 ladyfingers
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
Mix coffee, sugar, liqueur; set aside.
Beat mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla until smooth.
Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee, layer in a dish.
Spread half the mascarpone mixture over them.
Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.
Dust with cocoa powder, refrigerate 4+ hours.
Slice and enjoy!
