Great gunplay, interesting story and the atmosphere and graphics are nice to behold and the classic Housemarque lasers everywhere. If you enjoy roguelikes, you'll probably enjoy this.

The game is fun, it is an improvement on everything I liked about MH World and its expansion.

The PC performance is absolutely horrendous considering how the visuals look. Textures not loading in properly, models reverting to N64 error polygons routinely. I have a 5800X3D and a 4090 and I need to use frame generation and DLSS Performance mode to crack 100FPS?

I'd hold off for either performance improvements or a sale and it'll probably come on sale before any meaningful performance fixes appear.

Is the current situation with PlayStation (Sony) making stupid decisions bad? YES.

Is this game still excellent fun and the best coop shooter to-date? Yes.

Don't let stupid business decisions from a company known for terrible business decisions (Sony) negatively impact your enjoyment of the game. On the bright side this little fiasco has probably created a rift between Sony and Arrowhead, and I'd be surprised any new games going forward will be exclusive to PlayStation which will be a win for everyone.

I have been having an absolute blast playing this game. It is everything I could have hoped for in an ARPG. The launch was obviously a bit annoying, but anyone that can't understand why such things happen probably also yell at the children preparing their food at their local McDonalds.

An enjoyable game, the story was interesting, the combat was fun, but I think I enjoyed the paranormal setting the most.

The combat mechanics of this game feel so good, the shooting, the slashing and the smashing all feel satisfying. Fatshark has nailed the Warhammer 40k aesthetic as well. Add friends to the mix and you've got an excellent coop shooter.

I played this game so much on the PS4 you'd think I was done slaying monsters but when I picked it up on PC it's even better. Faster load times, shinier graphics what's not to like.

The art work, the voice acting, the excellent ramp up in difficulty and interesting team mechanics has made this game a joy to play.

A great little program that can spruce up your desktop experience.

It has neither the RTS capability of DoW 1, nor is it DoW 2 with its superior squad based combat. Instead an amalgamation of both and it fails. Whilst the game is still enjoyable, it has nothing on its previous games. The lack of cinematics as well would lead me to believe that the game didn't have the budget backing to be anything more than a cheap Warhammer 40k RTS.
