For a 3 year old who loves space, space stations, rockets to the moooooon, and BOOMS! this might be one of the best games ever

The Half Life series is one of my fav series of games. I love the games, and I love the story. But the depth pales next to Prey.

Prey has such an indepth story that even if you're too scared to go on, you will force yourself to go on to get that next story snippet.

That isn't to say that the story is the only thing going for it. I draw similarities to Bioshock, as you can pick your powers/upgrades. From sneaking sneakier, to shooting shootier, how you want to develop your character is up to you.

If only more games had this level of depth!

This game is perfect for a 2 year old who loves vehicles. There are lots of boom cars (tanks), boom helicopters (missiles) and pew mans (gun play).

There are some buggy bits, such as missions crashing right at the end, forcing you to replay the entire missions. But that just means more booms and pews.

If you get stuttering while moving the mouse, check your gaming mouse drivers to reduce the mouse polling rate from 1000 to something lower. Maybe this 2 year old isn't pwnage enough, but there were no problems with 125hz.

When you were a kid, did you ever want to be an astronaut? Did you dream about going to the moon, then visiting other planets, meeting alien species? Did you dream of fighting some, and trading with others?

This is the game of that dream.

Turn-based strategy on a global scale at its best. Be aware that you need a powerful processor for the longer games. I would recommend a core 2 quad or athlon x3 at minimum. Otherwise you'll have major lag and crashes.

I would recommend this game if it wasn't broken. Random crashes galore. I've read that downgrading your AMD/ATI graphics drivers helps, but I don't have an AMD/ATI graphics card. Does this mean this game is therefore broken? Who knows? Who cares? EA/Bioware certainly don't!

Like games? Like music? Like shooting thousands of enemies which shoot back in time with the music? Like having your shots pulse in time with the music? Don't have epilepsy? Get this!
