Hey there, FPS varies based on your PC hardware, the game itself, your playstyle, and how you test. Perhaps I can help?

I hope you can take a peek at the settings and see if things can work and then hopefully feel positive enough to take that into account for your review.

Also, for testing, I suggest using the FRAPS free version fps benchmark (not video recording). Play the game as normal (all your normal apps, browsers, Steam, etc open) and use it with and without CPUCores for maybe 5 minutes. Then open the FRAPS log files and compare results, especially the minimum FPS.
