CS:GO Review
...I'm going to cautiously recommend this, but on one condition: this game is only enjoyable if you have a healthy attitude toward self-improvement, you have a healthy coping mechanism for failure, and you play only with 4 friends who also have these mental abilities. Unfortunately, what can, and very often is an extremely rewarding and intense experience has a tendency to devolve into a bitter pit of blame-game and sharp-tongued ♥♥♥♥ slinging...

There is, however, a world where this doesn't happen, and that is the world in which the conditions outlined above are true. If and only if they are true, does CS:GO become the promised 'extremely rewarding and intense experience', but boy does it deliver on that front. The game has extensive depth that allows for a steady skill curve; creating a repeating cascade of moments and clips in which you can feel pride, and in which you can also feel the accompanying wave of serotonin/dopamine/oxytocin (I'm not a neuroscientist; I have no idea which is relevant but I'm still gonna throw 'em out there). That makes for a fun game! Just be careful. It's easy to watch yourself become the arsehole. Don't let that happen, and you'll have fun.
