Game is simply put: AWESOME!
Game Design: 9/10 (Would have liked a bit more customization)
Graphics: 10/10 (Minor bugs here and there but nothing serious)
Level design: 9/10 (Would have loved a bit more exploration, bigger maps)
Story: 10/10 (Simply EPIC! Would love a sequel, felt very short because it was a great story)
Characters: 10/10 (I shall hurl the creature over the chasm so he may activate the controls... xD)
Gameplay: 7/10 (Have seen better to be honest but was mostly smooth and fun)
Optimisation: 9/10 (Have encountered just a few bugs, nothing game breaking but I have a powerful rig)

It's a GEM. Support the devs and buy the game.

I played through the whole game already over 10 times. Bought it on steam just to support the developers. Enough said.

Story: 6/10 (Was OK but veeeery short)

Characters: 1/10 (It's a pain to listen to them talking and they tend to talk A LOT)
Gameplay in missions: 4/10 (Somewhat engaging but gets boring and repetitive very fast)
Optimisation and stability: 0/10 (Seems like Firaxis doesn't have this in their workflow)

OVERALL: 2/10 (It was a pain to play through this game)

Would recommend for download only to Teachers/Students at Universities as a truly great example of failed game designs...

Worst possible game design, graphics and DLC that I have seen so far.
Story of the base game was, well, tolerable.
Story of the DLC: don't know, couldn't progress because of crashes to Desktop.
DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT INSTALL AT ALL EVEN IF YOU GET IT FOR FREE!
The first mission that is supposed to unlock the hero simply crashes every time that the 2nd Cutscene starts playing.
The ESC key that is supposed to skip cutscenes is simply not fast enough so you could skip through it.
Paid for a DLC and can't even get the contents.
Latest drivers, updates, required files, verified install, ...
Tried every possible graphics settings.
PC is i7 13700k, 32 GB RAM (1 stick at 4800 MHz), RTX 3090, game located on SSD Samsung 990 PRO 2 TB, so PC is waaaay above recommeded spec.
Base game is already sluggish (yes even with THAT kind of hardware), the last mission drops to about 20 FPS and the game is overall heavily unoptimised.
Luckily I got the base game for free but unfortunately I paid for this garbage of a DLC.
