My friend convinced me to purchase this game so we could all play together...I alone have now spent over 2 months total staring at a world map that has a bunch of pretty colors that I have no other desire than to make my color...and to genocide all the other cultures...I should not have power...This game is nothing but pure fun, even with the large amount of actual DLC's and the even larger amount of flavor DLC's. It is well worth the money even before any sales.
