I paid $50 bucks for this game, and it's just not playable. Everything is broken to where I can't complete a single basic mission. Very basic maneuver UI features are missing and broken. Docking doesn't work. Things just spin out of control or explode for no reason. Hundreds of other issues related to the most very basic features of the game.

EDIT: July 2024 - Do not pay for this game. The entire dev team has been laid off with no communication from Take 2.

I love Path of Exile. It can be so satisfying to play and progress your character. But the trend lately has been to devalue your time played and make it harder to progress. At face value this isn't the worst thing in the world, but this game already takes a ton of time to reach end game and then to really fine tune your character. And when it completely resets every 3 months, asking for hundreds of hours to do all content is unfair imo.

I understand having a bad UI on PC when the game is basically ported over from consoles, but this UI on PC is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Game is good once you can get going. Hopefully performance issues will be correctly quickly. I had to switch to a controller simply because the mouse & keyboard setup was an absolute failure.

After 130 hours in the game, I will highly recommend it. It's an awesome game. The PC UI is trash, but most everything else is amazing. Only other complaint I can think of is some of the quest seem incomplete.
