I wish I could recommend this game that I've sunk so many hours into but unfortunately it's been basically unplayable in official servers for the past half a decade due to cheating bots and valve has only done half-assed attempts at fixing the problem like stopping free players from being able to communicate (which also stops them from even being able to call for a medic).

Update: Valve is taking steps to fix the bot issue but I still encounter human cheaters every few matches.
