Enjoyed the density of projectiles to dodge, with many attacks taking a bit to adjust to. Dodge on shift is an awkward choice, but I switched it to right mouse button and things got better. The design is cute and reminds me of Forager and that vibe stays throughout.

Bosses with interesting attacks and designs. (Hell area boss was hype!)

Complaints:
Dodging didn't always feel good for avoiding things or movement.
Platforming puzzles were frustrating.
The challenge nodes weren't worth the rewards, mostly.

Overall, I'm satisfied, and would recommend.

Adequate horde game. Good to kill time, but there are better options.

Roguelike bullet hell. I like the style of this more than Rogue Legacy.

i've been playing this pretty much since I heard about Vampire Survivors and it got shown off by hololive.

Yakuza turn based rpg. If you don't like turn based, you'll probably hate it. Besides that, it's the usual Yakuza craziness.

If you liked Vermintide you'll probably enjoy this. It's a co-op first person combat game set in the grimdark (so very dark) universe of Warhammer 40k. The environments are primarily metallic industrial segments or abandoned mega structures.

TLDR: Beautiful game with a displayed knowledge of metroidvania platforming and navigation, but a distinct lack of narrative forces guiding the player.

The game is gorgeous and you can tell a lot of love was put into the visual design of it. The controls are smooth with combat following the typical skill pattern of attack dodge attack, especially in the early game where things feel like sponges until you get an upgrade (your starter weapon is literally called a decorative sword after all). The upgrades aren't hard to find, though they are mostly all off the main trail, sometimes quite a ways off.

Boss fights are hit or miss so far (at 4 hours in just got double jump) with some of the moves probably needing a more substantial telegraph than they have. I also have an intense feeling of aimlessness. I know I have a goal, but I do not know what it is nor where to go for it. The only direction you are given is to keep going, just not where. The game has icons to put on the map, but none there by default to guide you to anything but the checkpoints.

A great classic. The Narration and how it leans into cliches are part of why I love this franchise.

The previous game was better. More interactive and better scenes. The english translation errors were also frequent, and moderately annoying. This game needed more time in development.

Yes, I know it's a lewd game. But there's dozens of quality ones now, and there's no excuse for one this easy to make. (Yes, I do actually know how easy this one is to make)
