It's been about two weeks, I think, since I bought this product, and I have some things to say about it.

Firstly, I think that it's an alright upgrade, not a good one.

One big reason is the seventeen US dollar price tag (or 999 PHP for me). I actually got this on sale during the winter sale, but I still think that the price was still high for what I ended up getting.
The free version has a lot going for itself already, although it is missing a few features - like the liquify tool, masking layers, and settings related to changing the UI's theme. This SE version grants you access to those tools, plus some exclusive brushes... and then that's kind of it.

It's mostly the same experience if I'm being honest. I don't use the liquify tool, nor the masking layer (this one specifically because I don't actually know how to use it, so that's on me). The option to switch to a dark mode is nice, but I don't like that I had to pay almost 20 dollars to get access to it.

One thing I do appreciate is the access to the exclusive brushes in the shop. I haven't quite gotten to all of them yet, but there have been a few that I've been eyeing, and I'm happy that I finally get to use them. I could just make them myself too, but that would involve having to learn a bit of coding for the brush, and I'm not exactly motivated to go through all that trouble.

I'm not sure if this is an actual feature, but I have noticed that this program loads faster than the free version. It's probably a placebo, but whatever - I'll take it.

Do I recommend the product overall? That's kind of hard to say, but I'll go with a reluctant "yes".
For those using the free version, I think you might be better off using your cash for something else, like a license for CSP or something. Personally, I just bought this because of dark mode and the brush store exclusives, along with supporting the devs.
