Changes I like compared to Fallout 3 and NV:
-Removed messy skill point system.
-Made charisma more viable instead of relying on speech skill.
-More balanced skills.
-Sneak and supressed weapons are broken.
-Weapons mods
-Legendary enemies
-Mirelurks are harder to kill.
-Lots of companion choice, pretty much everyone you meet or help can become you companion.
-The weather changes
-You can't wait anywhere you want.
-Turns conversations into mini cut scenes, fits the game very nicely, you are also not locked into these cut scenes.

Changes I didn't like:
-Mirelurks are harder to kill.
-They sort or tease you with power armour at the beginning of the game, which you can't use because you have no fusion cores.
-I didn't use power armour at all during the story apart from going into the emerald sea.
-Much like NW the games forces you to make big decisions without being able to predict the outcome.
-It is harder to find interesting/funny locations and the more interesting sides.
-Speech is less interesting.
-Unique weapons and legendary enemies are random.
-Pipboy is messier and harder to use.
-Randomly generated sides are tedious.
-A well rounded character that used melee is hard to achieve, however are well rounded sneak or sniper character is easy.
-Some weapons are broken when combined with crafting.

Some parts of this game are pretty unbalanced and ragey but it is a beta sooooo play at your own risk.

Slept in a bed for an hour fixing both of my crippled legs, a true display of video game realism.

Best game I ever played.
