Best video game ever made. Endless entertainment, tons of game modes, lots of car customization, unranked and ranked play with friends (cross-platform too!), and so much support from both the community and the dev team. You are missing out on the pinnacle of gaming if you don't give this game an honest shot.

While the game is still in early access, I believe it has a lot of potential. Although I never played the Skate games, I was a huge fan of the Tony Hawk series and was always curious what the flick/joystick system would be like. This game implements the controls very well, and it was pretty intuitive to learn how to play. The game itself takes place on one open level, and leaves more exploration and customization wanting. However, in time, if they release mod capability, story mode, customization, multiplayer or co-op, more maps, and fix the bugs in movement and maps, this game will really shine and would be the rejuvenation to skate games that we've needed for so long--and it's on PC! I've already spent hours playing games of S.K.A.T.E. with friends, and plan to play many more.

A Hat in Time is a fantastic homage to the platformers on N64, Gamecube, PS2--namely Banjo, Ty, Sly Cooper, Super Mario. It completely scratches the platformer itch and it does it so well with great level design that never gets dull, a variety of different instances and activities, a rich and colorful world and so much more. I put 7 hours into it the first day I got it just because I was so engrossed in the world, just like when I was a kid exploring 3D platformers for the first time. The game just oozes with character and charm. The controls and the movement throughout the world feel extremely responsive, snappy, and due to dense levels the platforming options are endless. You are doing yourself a disservice not to play one of the best platformers of the year so far...

I think the best part about the game is that there is no WRONG way to play it, for example, my friends haven't even touched on things that I've invested all my time into. On the other hand, I haven't done certain things that they really like. This is my first "Harvest Moon" type game, unless you count playing Farmville, and it's has definitely impressed me. 40 hours for $15 and many more to come? I couldn't say no to that. Stardew Valley has offered more than most AAA games can attempt to offer.

And not to mention from a single dev. It's really impressive how dedicated ConcernedApe is to making this game exactly what he envisioned. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing.
