Why 100% games?
I tend to get a lot more playtime out of games when I go for full completion. Most games have a surprising amount of depth that isn't always noticeable during initial playthroughs on easier difficulties. I also get my full monetary value out of what I buy, which is often smaller, indie titles I wouldn't have bought otherwise. Fully completing games has led to discovering quite a few unique and fun games. The high of finally beating a challenging achievement is also nice

Searching Steam's Store, viewing global achievement statistics for games, checking 100%-focused Steam groups, Google

What was the most difficult game to 100%?
Poly Bridge. Very irritating due to often pixel-perfect placement being required. Even following a current guide and placing pieces according to the pictures repeatedly didn't work for some levels.

What was the easiest?
SweatShop. Achievements broke and the developer couldn't fix them, so a cheat code to unlock them all was given out.
