For the King is a delightful surprise, marrying the strategic depth of Dungeons & Dragons with the accessibility of a board game. While it can't replicate the social aspect of DnD, it scratches that same itch in both solo and co-op play. Maps are procedurally generated, and along with having many playable styles and builds for your characters, each playthrough feels fresh. Combat is turn-based and tactical, with an emphasis on positioning and resource management. If you're looking for a digital DnD fix, FTK is an excellent substitute. I also think the art is fantastic.
