This game IS NOT Pay-to-win as it may seem and it's more fun and nicer than those images on Steam (seriously, they looks boring but in-game they do not ).
Also the community is great, my biggest tip for new player is to join a high level guild and ask for their tips and they will help you out.

And take your time. No need to rush. If you need help, just ask around.

I absolutely believe everyone should play Disco Elysium. However,

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME

For those unaware, the company that actually gets the money from Steam purchases, ZA/UM, fired the entire creative team which actually created the writing and setting of Disco Elysium. These were the creators of the IP, who are now currently suing ZA/UM to recover their intellectual property.

Because of this, I cannot recommend purchasing this game, since you will not actually be supporting the developers anymore.

That said, Disco Elysium is absolutely wonderful and you should 100% find... other means... to play it without giving money to ZA/UM.

It's fun and it fits casual players most. It has fewer guns and zombies type than I expected. You can absolutely play this solo but I think it's more fun to play with friends. This game isn't a good game for replay tho and the game itself you can experience all and get bored after 5-6 hours of play time. Still, this game doesn't deserve to get lower than 70% of rating so here is my thumb up

Looks cool. Combination of MOBA and Battle Royale.
Since it's still early access so the game gets boring pretty quickly ( honestly bored me after the tutorial looking at the shop). Could be more appealing to other people tho.

Game was great until you got banned for no reason. EA support is also very slooooooooow.

Bought this in 2020 and the game still in Early Access. Thank you Steam for the refund <3



****2nd edit: There has been some more features since the last time I played BUT, after seeing the update notes and gameplay videos on youtube ( from multiple channels ), this is still not worth it for me to buy it again or even watch the gameplay on youtube ( I watched it mostly to see if anything new ). Sorry if I'm being too salty but wtf is this? skills ? building vehicles? fighting bosses? is this an rpg game or some sort?. Also bosses are laughable.

Hackers will destroy your game and you can't even play it online. Even if you change session, they can track you to a new session and ruin your game by spawning objects and making your character unable to move.
And griefer will be everywhere, what they do is destroying your products and waste your time and money, they are mostly hackers too.
Update: Still trash, game crashing all the time, and yes, there still are hackers and griefers. It's like developers don't wanna deal with them

I played this with many mods and it was such a wholesome game

Before playing this game, I'd say I'm not really into this type of game and actually I still am BUT this game is one of a kind and pretty unique. I heard one or two things about it before and just played because of boredom but now I wish I could erase my mind to play it again.
I kinda miss all characters when the game ends.
It was a new fresh win for me and I enjoyed everything about it except they're so cute and I'm not use to that much love and affection
The devs really got into my sight now,
