It honestly amazes me that this game is almost 10 years old and yet, it's still in Early Access. (haha EA.. get it..?) I would definitely reccomend this game, since it's so fun playing with friends.. but playing solo? Nope. This game would be amazing if they did take so much time polishing it.. like c'mon it's been almost 10 YEARS!

One of the most disappoint video game release ever.

Still, I enjoyed playing it, but the things that were promised are not present in the current release. Also the first ever DLC they released sucks more than a vacuum cleaner. When comparing DL1 and the Following DLC, DL2 is awful in every aspect.

Let's compare one side quest with each game. DL2 - Go to a top of a skyscraper and find something from my long dead husband, you go to the skyscraper that takes some time getting there, you unlock the safe, go back to the woman, she looks at a note, says something like - I always hated you, and rips the paper.

Wow, what an amazing side quest that is, good job DL2, now let's take DL1 side quest, where you find fake antizin, you go find the distributor, you expose him and he tells you who makes it, you go there, and the fake antizin is made by bandits, that only care about the money, and not the health of dying people in the zombie apocalypse. You defeat the thugs, making actually something meaningful for the world, even though it makes no difference if you play this side quest or not, but still, that was interesting to play and complete. Or the gas leak side quest. Or any other side quest, that is better than any DL2 side quest.

The only great thing this game got better is the city layout and the paraglider. The combat is really boring, the story is a hit or miss, and the main character is the most boring protagonist ever. Literally forgot what his name is in my second playthrough. With that said, DL1 holds a special place in my heart, but this game is very forgettable. Replayed 2 times, with different play styles and choices, and those 2 times were very boring, and the most weird thing is that it felt short, even though this game is long.

Cannot recommend this game as it is.

This game was SO much fun in 2013-2014! Such a shame developers just went: "Screw it, let's kill the game."

The best battle royale you'll ever play, period. Great movement, great characters, great weapons, the visuals are impressive for a Source engine game, and most importantly very fun to play. The issues is that every player is a sweat, and the game becomes very frustrating to play, but it does make it more fun, and every cosmetic costs at least 20$ for a character, making it very expensive to customize your different characters, and this game has a lot of characters to choose from, it taken me more than 600 hours to realize who I like to play the most, but honestly, it does not matter, if you buy the battle pass once, and and play a couple seasons you'll have a decent variety of cosmetics. And the battle pass is 10$, which is not required to buy to enjoy the game, but still, it is there.. for someone.

Probably the most funniest game ever. No matter how serious it gets, it's always funny how goofy and buggy this game is. Still, it is a great game you most definitely should play. Story is okay-ish, but the side quest.. Oh my. Very good game.

Ever since they added IANA and ORYX this game became more and more awful with each update. The hipfire, ADS, scopes, character balancing, EVERYTHING has gotten more awful. I bought the game when GRIDLOCK and MOZZIE were added, and it was the most fun I had in a video game. Just cannot recommend how awful and confusing this game has became.

Great game, but gets boring real quick

It's GTA. Yup, it is indeed Grand Theft Auto. The video game.
