Short but highly recommended especially as it is for free.
I don't quite know why the devs made this decision...double jumps, little more difficult platforming and enemies and this would easily be sellable. Thanks for the free experience though :)

I really usually don't review games. Only if I like them super super much. Or if this happens...
So here you go:

I liked the game ok. I really did.
Even though it's hard and unforgiving and the controls are sometimes not exact enough, it was a good experience. I don't like the music as much as others do though.

But then, after 5 hours, I pressed a wrong button at the start and voilà: I deleted my safegame. ONE BUTTON! Who the ♥♥♥♥ does that? Normally you just have to say you want to start a new game or something. Well I sure as hell don't invest another 5 hours just to get to the point where I was before.

Utter crap just because of that poorly thought out mechanic for me.

tl;dr the end disappointed me A LOT

I just finished the game and I really liked it. The graphics and music are beautiful and I like that the gameplay is not actually too easy. So yes, I recommend the game.
My biggest BUT however is in the spoiler part. If you want to totally complete this game maybe you should read that first.

So the credits were there, started my savefile again...and was back in the part shortly before the credits. WHUT?
Tried to head back so I could warp...does not seem possible. So this is a HUGE disappointment for me, as I wanted to collect more stuff in the world and explore a little. There are some hacks and stuff, but for me it's not worth this. So I will go on to my next game with a bitter taste about this ending. Not cool.

15 € / 276 h = playthrough fun + some dailies + endless talking with other gamers who play it

As far as I remember I got this at a sale some time ago. Did not play 'til the end cause it got boring for me personally. But I would still recommend it (especially in a sale!) because it looks pretty nice and has some pretty creative mechanics. Just not my kind of game I guess

I got this game on a steamsale for 2.50€ and I think it was totally worth it.

+ good graphics
+ nice audio
+ good atmosphere
+ good gameplay
+ good story

- pretty short
- too many useless collectables
- story ending

It's sad to say that this one could be so much betterthan it is right now! But I would still say: Play it.
It has some interesting features and a nice storyline and for the sale price I can overlook many flaws :)

I liked the look of the game a lot and it was worth playing. But the story doesn't really catch me and I guess there could have been done much more with this, because the mechanics and ideas are innovative af. Well it's a bit short but that's all right with me. Would recomment buying it while it is on sale.
