One of the best shooters ever made and has the best soundtrack any game has ever had.

The Pro-Environmentalist, Anti-Capitalist messaging and the destruction and wrath run rampant makes this one of the most fun games I've played. It's amazing and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good Kaiju game with a message.

Sony is choosing to put in place exclusionary practices, forcing a PSN Account to play the game, which excludes countries and regions not on their list of acceptable territories. Additionally the developers are refusing to get the third party, kernel level, anti-cheat to allow accessibility controls which excludes an entire separate group of players from enjoying this game. If it was more inclusive and Sony were not hell bent on excluding large portions of players, it would be a recommendation. At this time I personally recommend submitting for a refund.

After having played this game for 41 hours I have come to the following conclusions:
Starfield doesn't do anything better than it any other space exploration game.
It doesn't beat the space flight or combat of Elite Dangerous (and by proxy Star Citizen)
It doesn't beat the exploration of No Man's Sky
It doesn't do story telling at the level of Fallout New Vegas or Baldur's Gate 3.
It doesn't do ground based combat particularly well either.
What it does do is all of the above, but its all mediocre, Very mediocre.
It's a mid tier game at best. A lot of odd bug issues where NPC's clip through objects, but that's typical of Bethesda's programming. I'm sure a modder will fix it soon enough. It's fun, so if you want to play it but don't need to play it right now, wait for a sale.

This is the 6th AAA title to launch for PC in a state that is not suitable for play. Wait for performance fixes, if they'll ever come.

Not an exact remaster of the original, or even the Prepare to die edition, but definitely the best one to play on a modern system.

This game is a gem, to say the least! It's fun and challenging both alone and with friends. It's very rare, today, for games to be able to accomplish that.

The single player alone makes this game worth playing.

A fantastic follow up and improvement to Batman: Arkham Asylum!

Nothing beats making the heavy cry while you take his money.
