Wow. Walking through half a day of rain is about my limit. Nine days? Awe...and a little puzzlement. Cheers.

Thanks for your input but it seemed that over a decade of climbing and backpacking, I have started with moleskin and other suggestions that was made in backpacker magazines but later found that switching to trail runners, instead of leather boots, made a difference in blister prevention. In the picture with just my feet, it just happens to be that the conditions on the trail made it blister heaven (9 days of rain). My feet stayed soaked and if I wore leather boots, I should have donned on concrete blocks on my feet for the rest of the trip. As for mountaineering trips. I do have plastics boots to wear. Since it's a day approach to base camp, I will wear them instead of runners. Not everyone is probably suited for duct tape and my suspicion is that there is a reaction to the adhesive. For me, I prefer it as it last for days and doesn't bunch up in my socks (I hate stopping for maintenance on the trail).

In L4D2, you can customize hotkeys. I have numpad0-flashlight toggle, numpad1-crouch, numpad4-reload, numpad7-sniperzoom, numpad2&3-cycle through gear, delete-action key, arrow keys-move, etc etc. But what I tell people is you have to be able to jump up on a rock, kneel for accuracy, and reload without doing finger gymnastics. I reset hotkeys in all my games. Default hotkeys are always so wonky its crazy. So I don't have to use console commands or my little finger in order to crouch. :)

Dude we got to multi-play some black ops together. You would like the clan I'm in. Our servers are CROUCH ONLY not run and gun, the pace is slower and more tactical. I'm an admin so I can invite anyone I want. You would fit right in. You DO NOT have to be a member of the clan to play on our servers anyone is welcome as long as they follow the server rules. The rules are very reasonable, the group is mainly older, most everyone is respectfull of each other and if the person is not they are kicked off. Simple as that.
