This is a game that I have not only binged for several days at a time, but also one I have come back to for several years since I began playing it. It has an insane amount of replay-ability because each colony is going to be a little different even if you choose the exact same starting settings. I am constantly learning how to use the basic mechanics in new, interesting ways. As a bit of a sandbox game, it has a beautiful amount of variability in the way you might play it. The worst part of this game is that you may not agree with how other players prefer to go about playing it because there is that much, but regardless, that means you all have found something you love in the same thing. 1000000/10, would recommend and will attempt to convince my children to play it if I have children.

The only thing that can make me ♥♥♥ harder than my own hand.

I grabbed the phone for the first time and made a deal with Goldman's. Right after that another company called saying they were Papa John's.



I told Papa John to go ♥♥♥♥ himself and how the Pizza Hut is better.

They killed us all.
10/10 would get shot by Papa John and his henchmen again.

Bug fixing is a concept the devs cannot get through their thick skulls.

I love this game, I really really really do. The visuals, the atmosphere, and the potential story.

It just hurts me deeply to say that I cannot recommend the game due to the fast attack spam meta in PVP and the small PVE.

The PVE is very short but could have been something amazing and really special. Martial arts is a big thing for me ever since I was a kid and almost every single move is amazing. The graphics are to die for.

But bearly all the heavy attacks besides the low leg sweeps are useless due to the current spam meta in PVP.
The fastest attacks in the game are abused in PVP and most of the people classified as "good" don't even use their dodge or special ability and just mash left click/attackbutton. I even gave into the meta and made a combat deck around the spam and I won nearly 20 games straight but even winning became stale and boring due to the meta. I felt like I was cheating but it was the only way to win unless you have a reaction time of 0.2 of a second.

If you liked dark souls PVP, don't get it. If you liked For Honor, don't get it. And if you like fighting games, don't get it. if you want a quick, easy, casuel, fighting game, go for it.
I'll change the review if they change the sullbhit meta and make all combos viable.

Great game by all means.

-Needs more content maybe or at least more weapons to make it less repetative.
-loot box things are coming. Why? Nine times out of ten we switch to diffrent pants or gear when we find it and even if there are new hair styles they will just be covered by a helmet while mid match.
-Needs some more optimization for better frame rates on diffrent kinds of PCs
- Gotta fix the mouse modding so people can't shoot the m16 faster on single fire than full-auto. (Guy emptys a 40 round clip in three seconds hitting every hit while others cant hit the broad side of a barn at times)

Small nitpick: Why are Chinese and Russians on NA servers? Had a dude screaming" ♥♥♥ O ♥♥♥ O CHINA NUMBA WAN" in the plane before the game at least three times

Rating 7.5/10 - Needs more umff and less languages on NA servers.
EDIT:
For some reason the servers keep getting worse lag wise. I don't know how or why but it started after the newist patch. Also I did find out about the promise for microtranactions to be later when the game was release which is a big fat lie.
Score is now lowered to a 6/10 and I do not recommend the game due to lies.

Just finished my first playthrough of the game as emily non-lethal, ghost.

Gameplay: Some missions were great, some got me a little angry but that was just me screaming at a clockwork robot to drop dead.

Optimization: They're gonna fix it calm your tits. Only had three problems with the framerate ♥♥♥♥ ups; Very start, escaping the starting mission, and the final-ish boss room. Other than that smoooooth riding.

I give it a 9/10.

Story time(two stories b cuz am nic gui):
There is a mission were you get a time device to work your way through a spooky mansion.
I made it through about 20% of the mission all while my volume was cranked up with no lights besides my moniter when suddenly my phone blared techno music through my ear buds(blue tooth was still hooked up).
Needless to say I screamed louder than a hog in a slaughter house.

Prior to entering the spooky mansion here is a hard enigma that you CAN do without any help or you can side with the overseers/gangsters who will help you find a way in/give you the code. I did not know that last part.
I spent three hours (in real life ) trying to figure out this enigma. I asked my whole friends list for help and we still struggled. Pissing in a can was not fun while listening to six other ninerteen year old men shouting at eachother over a video game riddle.
10/10 would yell about a ♥♥♥♥♥♥' red hat again.

This game is good; not mafia 2 good but still good.
I had hope for this game. Maybe it would show how Lincoln Clay took down a giant mafia over a decade and showed ho the new boss was.
It didn't.
This game didn't take a step forward in the mafia series, it took a few steps back(maybe a few jumps back).
The good:
-Ok story
-Decent graphics
-pretty cutsceans
-fun combat

The Bad:
-Character is a bit bland
-Bad guy motive was stupid
- crash every once in a while

The Ugly:
- You take down an ENTIRE crime family in about a week.
- The underbosses would back out when you don't give them land even though you murder thousands of people with a swift blow.
- AI like to spaz out
-YOU CAN'T FILL UP YOUR CAR AT A GAS STATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0/10000 UNPLAYABLE

Final verdict:
If you have never played a mafia game before get it.
But if you have; DONT!
This is only a mafia game by name.

>Bought a server online.
>Placed server in basement and turns it on.
>Play two hours of arma altis life with friends and one random dude.
>Give all friends including random dude admin powers.
>Leave server on so they can play.
>Forget about friends/server for six months due to life.
>Log back on PC after six months.
>3,600 emails...
>Random dude started Altis life community that gets 100+ people a day with people I don't know.
>Message random dude.
> Says he made this for me and gave me 10% of donations.
>I am happy.
>Tell him to keep it up.
>Forget again for another six months due to life.
> Find server under fourteen boxes of ♥♥♥♥ and turn my pc back on because I want to play again.
> Join server, no admin powers, get confused, call admin, he doesn't believe me, ask for random dude: He bans me.
> Tell random dude what happened; He tells admin what he just did; admin says hes' sorry.
>Log off.
>Join next day.
> Still no admin powers; start playing normally.
> Man says he has 600 million in his bank acount while he is mugging a helpless newby.

> Goes on server forums saying: SERVER WIPE COMING THIS THURSDAY.
> Mass panic.
> Random dude says to stop.
> I say its my server, my rules.
>Don't restart.
>Continue to mess with people on the server by deleting all their money because they're ♥♥♥♥♥.
My profile picture pretty much is random dude's face when I banned him for taking 90% donations.

This is my only experience of arma etc the campaign.
I like it.

Why this game is only "mostly positive"
90% of negative reviews are:WAAAHHHH! MY GAME KEEPS CRASHING WAAAHHHHH! THIS GAME NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
The other 10% are civilized and say it just needs a patch and don't list their entire PC specs to compensate for their lack of a life.
You shouldn't judge the game on a few bugs here in there during the first few days after launch(unless the bug is still presant for a few weeks; Yes a few might be the size of godzilla but that just means they *hopefully* get fixed ASAP).

Now for the good stuff:
Graphics: orgasmic
Gameplay: Hard, bloody and orasmic
Story: It's there but you have to look.

They did lower the difficulty and some of the controls are still weird but It's still a great game.

Now get out there and "Git Gud"
