No Man's Sky is a gift that keeps on giving. Updating the review to now include the fact that the developers have now begun the process of including cloud cross-platform saves! They continue to listen to their community and provide amazing near-limitless content.

A true gift of exploration, that has layer upon layer of nuance and complexity, with something for just about anyone looking for something to discover. I have invested into this game on the Nintendo Switch, Playstation, and now on PC and have well over 1000 hours clock in total and easily see myself investing just as many hours if not more on PC.

This is not a game meant to be rushed through, to test reaction time or to push limits, but instead to take your time, to take in the ambiance and the experience. It is a gift of the senses and of the cerebral. There is always something new to discover and with the new 5.0 update, the Development Team is showing no sign of giving up on adding more content to add to the already expansive portfolio that No Man's Sky has become known for since its rather rough start at it's initial rough release. It is no where near the game it was upon release, and if you ever thought about returning at any time, I strongly encourage you to do so now.

Had the chance to play this for a bit and enjoyed it for while I had the ability to. I run off of Ubuntu Linux and had this running both in the steam client and through Wakfu's official launcher. After a recent update I haven't been able to get into the game and the devs/tech support have been unresponsive. Can't recommend a game I can't play.

Got this on a sale hoping to check out some of the new content the game had to offer. I started up the Original Campaign and was having a lot of fun up until a random game crash. I tend to save frequently so it wasn't too much of a hassle, but the more I got into the game, the higher level of a character I had, the more crashes I received. I got to the end of Chapter 1, and no matter what save I use I find that I am stuck where I can't proceed to chapter 2.

Between the regular crashes, and a failed attempt at online play due to a number of glitches I can't honestly recommend the game in its current state. Assuming they can get some patches on performance, I had a better experience with the older game which you can still get. That and the Community Packages worked way more efficiently with the older version, the EE seems to have made the promise and didn't deliver, requiring a number of work-arounds for a number of the content.

Horribly long load times (but well worth the wait)
Mechanics can be hard to grasp at first (Spellcasters do well to have high strength!?)
Trying to a good balance between attack speed and high armor can be difficult to gauge
Personal Castle mechanics are often times confusing.

This game has lived up to and exceeded every expectation I have had. I truly has raised the bar for my expectations for a good RPG and I highly recommend to anyone to grab this game. The difficulty levels are work well for anyone both new and veteran, with enough achievements to keep those completionists busy as well.

Cons to the game are more of a nitpick than anything, and given this was done with a small team they did an amazing job.

That all being said, I enjoyed the game so much that when the opportunity for PoE 2 was announced I grabbed the digital delux edition that came with the White March I & II and have truly enjoyed the content it also had to offer. HIGHLY Recommended!

I've been playing this game since it's Alpha stages during the Kickstarter. Despite some rough development and a longer-then expected development period the game has grown into it's own with a beautifully streamlined combination of boardgame and competitive TCG. Currently the game as-is is a beautiful piece of art, the game still has some growth to go with regards to collecting cards and finding uses for extra commons. A crafting system has been promised and I am eager to see where it takes us. Till then, the game is still solid and worth every penny.

EVE Online is one of the best true-Sandbox MMO's currently on the market. It has some of the best graphics and in-depth skill systems I have ever experienced, and has among the most intense player vrs player environments that can impact any level of game play.

Alternatively, the game still is plagued with a slow skill progression where every player is stressed with how to make the best use of each of their 30 day subscriptions. Although the ability to "play for free" is a possibility players must invest both real time and real money, often times with multiple alternate accounts, to even come close to affording such things regularly. The harsh realism of space, and the hauntily similarities of the game to real life can make EVE online a "Real Job."

If a monthly-subscription simulation game with periods of dull conflict punctuated with infrequent mass conflict from a "Top-Down" real time strategic perspective is your thing then EVE Online can not be beat. Though the harsh reality and learning-"Cliff" of the game can be a detractor for many that can provide substantial sense of accomplishment for those who brave it.

As such, I wouldn't recommend this to everyone, just those who I feel fit into the very selective audience that EVE Online has grown accostomed to over the years. For most, the game can come off cold and unforgiving, though for the others the game can be and is a true gem that is unlike any other.

FTL has got to me one of my favorite quick, addictive, and enjoyable go-to games in my library. A rogue-like space exploration game with plenty of replayability, modding, and just the right touch of risky and random choice making decisions, FTL has earned its place as one of my top recommended games for any Steam player!

Torchlight 2 was the one ARPG that brought be back to the Genre, with enough of a spectrum between casual and hardcore with plenty of replayability that kept me coming back for more. The Graphics were enjoyable, and now that the game is available on Linux I can enjoy it even more!
