This game scratches an itch and it does it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ well. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

After 19 hours, I've finally finished the final boss. I'm pretty bad at this game, but I absolutely loved the journey of it for an early access game. I am a huge fan of Dead Cells, and Motion Twin are indeed making another great game here. Its essentially the 3D aspect of Hade's fighting with a lot of mechanics from Dead Cells and I'm here for it and look forward to everything coming!

This is an absolutely fantastic game with a great team behind it. There was a brief moment where Sony wanted to enforce PSN for the game, that has been prevented by the community.

Democracy has prevailed.

My biggest gripe is the game genuinely isn't worth the money. The game-play is shallow at the moment. The best way to put it is its a massive pond, broad but no depth.

I feel like they didn't learn from the issues No Man's Sky had with core game-play. There's a good structure here but it gets boring and stale quickly. Re-used map layouts, eventually you know where everything is. Maybe the game isn't for me, but the idea that the universe is empty is not fun. Maybe I don't want something realistic? NMS had this at the start and realised that it truly is just not fun. Its a game, not a reality.

They got somethings right like gun play, but everything that is there isn't enough to justify me going between 7 loading screens to fast travel everywhere constantly. There's no need to explore. This game will be good for some, but I don't think it will be for many.

I'll be honest, I would've rather had a single solar system that is fully fleshed out and well designed than another procedural generation game that gives me an empty experience.

Honestly one of the best games I've ever played.

I didn't know if I'd like the game, but I've landed up loving it, especially when playing with my partner. Single player didn't interest me, but it might now. Co-op has been a bit buggy but nothing game breaking, mostly just doors not placing right, waking up in different places etc. My partner and I have had TONS of fun already and things are progressing nicely. Its really satisfying developing your settlement. Highly recommend the game if you want a really great game to play with friends or your partner!

I've played Divinity Original Sin, Divinity Original Sin 2, and now Baldur's Gate 3. Larian truly does amazing work. This was well worth the time and effort.

This game is everything my brain needs to be happy.
