It's the perfect automation game

Efficiency, creativity, and endless conveyor belts await. Minor inconveniences like power outages or hostile creatures are merely opportunities for improvement.

It's just a bit boring... Once you are open to explore the sandbox world it just lacked any kind of direction other than liberate the island which became a repetitive task in itself. I found the story generic and didn't hook me, weapons aren't that satisfying to use and enemies are repetitive. Random encounters are easy to deal with and not rewarding. Vehicles were probably the best part of the game, driving was fun and little mechanics like popping wheels by shooting at them or releasing the handbrake of a parked car to allow it to roll down a hill was something I enjoyed messing around with. I didn't play the game long enough to fly helicopters or planes but I can't imagine it adds up to the price tag this game has. Stealth makes the game a little bit more fun because it adds an element of complexity of not getting detected but it's unnecessary to do since enemies are pretty trivial (at least on medium difficulty).

If you're looking for a generic brain dead run to checkpoints and kill everything on site then get this game on sale but otherwise I would say avoid. I'm disappointed by this game after reading so many positive reviews across multiple platforms. I don't understand what people see in this game...

The game started off a bit slow trying to figure out how everything works since the game hardly explains anything but that's part of the fun of starting a new game.

After getting destroyed by the first boss I looked for ways to get stronger and pretty much focused on making my character as strong as possible. It would seem there's no wall to stop you getting overpowered except for some gear requirements to visit planets with certain hazards which were easily overcome. I became too strong for my own good and each boss was underwhelming. I could go wherever I wanted and the mini-quests were repetitive and not worth the rewards. Every planet I visited felt similar and empty and each dungeon gave me little for the time I spent exploring. I didn't even bother building up my mech/ spaceship because the payout would not be worth it.

I realised that the only point of playing the game from that point on was for the story since I didn't enjoy the building aspect and there was no more growth for my character. I didn't care for the story or the characters so I ended the game there.

Overall I enjoyed the excitement of potentially finding something cool on all these planets but at the end of the day I was left feeling disappointed with the time I invested into this game. This game could have been so much more and feels unfinished.

Best game I've played in a long time

Cute game with so much depth. If you invest the time into this game you'll love it.

Fun game, great value for half price - Not sure if I would recommend at full price.

I feel like there is a lack of replayability as there are limited options to diversify in your method of survival and eventually you have the resources to research pretty much anything you want. Some laws you can pick within the game just seem strictly better than others when you're forced to choose between two. I felt like it didn't really matter which one you choose in the long run.

Disclaimer : I've only played on the standard difficulty (kinda forgiving in my opinion and relatively easy once you know how the game works) and careful decision making/ city planning will be rewarded much more in the harder difficulties.

Great atmosphere, fun mechanics and a sense of progression.

Story line is interesting to an extent and killing zombies is satisfying.

Unplayable on pc... My account got reset to level 1 during an update, they claim to improve connectivity but it's always the same ♥♥♥♥! Don't buy this game for the PC!
