A little buggy, but the main idea is executed and used very nicely most of the time. Great Portal game and amazing achievement for solo developer.

Amazingly well-crafted detective game with mystique setting. Most similliar to Return of the Obra Dinn and when you put it side by side there are some crucial differences that make this game stand out on it's own. There is more detective elements here as you have much more to deduce than only to find out what/who killed someone, but while the story was richer I couldn't be as much invested in it as with Obra Dinn as there all the world building was solely by the world.

Great game, I wish to see more games that take that direction in deduction games.

Visually it's a masterpiece and a really good game made with passion...

BUT the thing that didn't amaze me is the thing that I wanted the most - the puzzles. Most of them are fairly simple and when I was stuck the most was not when I needed to figure out what to do, but to find a cube that I needed in order to solve the puzzle. It was fine and understandable when the cube was hidden because of the infinitystuff but sometimes it was hidden just because. Sometimes there's too much walking, but the visuals make up for it.

There are some technical issues as well in one chapter where the infinity immersion brakes because some parts of the level are not visible all the time but I can understand that there are limitations to infinity on a finite machine. It's still a great game technically and optimized amazingly well when you think about it.

Nevertheless it's a great game and a great addition to 3D puzzle genre.

Beautiful, very emotional and just perfect. I suggest playing To the Moon (with Minisodes), A Bird Story and Finding Paradise before that one to get the most out of it.

Black Mesa is the best version of Half-Life ever created. There are some things that I still prefer in the original, but not many of them. The dullest thing in the original Half-Life - Xen levels are a piece of art in Black Mesa. It's definitly an amazing game. Haven't play DE yet, but If that makes it even better, then I can't wait to play it again.
