One of the best metroidvanias ever made.
Take everything great from the first Ori, then add an amazing combat system to it. In addition to polishing the escape sequences where you feel like inside the cinematic with quicktime events, only that you have full control of the character. From the art, the music, gameplay and story this was worth the wait.

A satisfactory Metroidvania. The controls, mechanics and combat feels smooth, it makes you feel that you are in total control of how you need to fight. Even with this, it can be challenging at some points which makes it really fun to play. There's some aspects of the UI that I would personally change for the sake of navigation, but overall it's a really really good metroidvania. The OST is god tier, but that has to be known coming from a Tohou inspired game. Only bad thing could be that it's short (I finished it less that 4 hrs) but I think it's good to make the experience more enyojable and less repetitive at some point. If you like the Metroidvania genre, I think this is a must play

After playing this game for a long time, I can say that this is the perfect culmination of dungeon crawler with the strategy of card games. If you like card games, but don´t like the fact that you need to spend money to get decent decks, then this game is perfect for you.

Pros:
- Progression system, you gain XP to unlock new cards and new relics (passive effects). It doesn't take much time to unlock everything
- Good number of possible builds and options
- Excellent combat system to plan your strategy in next and the actual turn
- Fair in the difficult levels. It's not impossible but pretty hard in Ascension levels
- As someone who doesn't like repetitive gameplay, the game does not feel reptitive at all for some reason
- Support for mods (extends the content and the community creates really good content)

Cons:
- RNG can be a pretty harsh sometimes, but it's normal due to the nature of card games
- Some mobs can be annoying if you don't have the right tools to fight them, almost impossible in some cases

Overall, the game is incredible to spend time at the start to unlock everything. Then, it's a excellent game to pass the time for 1-2 hours when you have all the content unlocked.

Celeste is a game that every gamer needs to complete at least one time (not 100%). Strong message supported by a very well done gameplay. Teaching the player the movements and making the game harder as you progress the game, making feel the player the progression with the history.
Not for everyone, that's for sure, and more if you get frustated really fast when you can't get certain segment of games. But when you finish it, it's worth every death that you had in your way.
