its actually perfect that Sonic Gens and Shadow Gens are a part of the same package. both are similar on the surface but take such a different approach to what modern Sonic should be. combined together they represent the best of both worlds

Takes a while for the controls to click but once they do the levels just flow like butter. Very fun to try and complete each level extending your trick combo as much as possible. Phenomenal sense of style that makes the most out of its low fidelity. Another great soundtrack with Tee Lopes & co. Easy bosses but all are pretty creative at least. Definitely a little jank but I honestly haven't had nearly the bad experience a lot of other seems to have, haven't clipped through any floors at all. Overall incredibly solid & worthwhile experience. Runs great as well, full 165 FPS with no drops.

half the time when i fall off ledges I'm able to jank up the side of the mountain and boost back up to safety this game rules
