Monster Hunter World is Batman.

Monster Hunter Rise is Spiderman.

Both are great, but very different. World is immersive and methodical, and Rise is high-flying action.

Whoa, what a game. Boring story, so annoying to start the game, but ignore all that and start hunting for countless hours of fun. Try the Lance - It's my favorite. Raging Brachydios is my favorite fight, and he's in the DLC. Let me know if you manage to take him down.

If space marines slaying bugs in the name of freedom sounds good to you, this is it.

Amazing game. Easy to pick up, but with with tons of depth. If you like metal music then just grab it.

Lots of training missions make it easy to get into. The free-form combo system means you can get creative with making your own combos instead of having to look up what combos you have. The new characters are also fun. I wish there was a lobby system with avatar though.

Great and accessible. So many cool characters that you might have a tough time choosing a main. Online lobby has a lot of charm and the mini-games are fun too. I had to finangle some settings to get it not to crash on steam deck, but after that, I've had no issues. Anila is also hot.

Nostalgic twist on a SNES classic. First 1.5 levels are close remixes of the first game's levels, but then it totally changes after that. New characters and leaderboards give the game some replay value. Exceeded my expectations.
