Doing a quick down to the point review. im in the middle of my game and i need to finish my castle... so while stones being made im writing this!

This game has a lot ahead of it. On release its very well optimized. 60 fps on max settings. No lag what so ever.

PROS
+first AND third person. switch at your will with mouse wheel. (push it in)
+LOVE THE CRAFTING! The crafting stations are upgradeable and easy ui
+portals are easy to make
+combat has nearly no flaws
+tools are repaired using a sharpening stone.. which only costs one stone to make atm... (might be a bit op)
+3 classes to pick from.
+armor has no durability what so ever.
+no death penalty at the moment.
+building in this game feels so amazing and easy to do (somewhat hard in first person)
+tutorial is simple and short
+the music feels like friggin fable music. i love it!
+all blocks are breakable with your hand
+leveling is rather easy and the skill system is beautiful but not very dynamic.
+from what ive seen mobs cant destroy blocks. so no griefing :D
+no fall damage

CONS
-somewhat grind of resources from mobs. not too bad at the moment...
-no armor customization (like dyes, paint. etc)
-not open world. only small islands you teleport between.
-no shops or npcs to interact with
-THE FIRST PERSON NEEDS WORK. combat and building is clunky and feels weird to use.'

MIXED
+- auto aim for combat is a huge factor. dont expect to require skill with an archer, the game does that for you.
+-for multiplayer i believe its only local or with friends. ive never played multiplayer yet so im going off what the menu says.
+-stuff like iron armor looks like its for a warrior class but yet its useable on all classes, and much better than subsequent mage/ranger armor.


ALSO: the community is so friendly, and they even have a discord channel. so you can just hop in and talk with people and get a world started!


i will update this as soon as i get to do more with it. right now im fending off elemental armor and slimes while trying to build a wall. ;)

EDIT: just killed the worm boss for the first time, the boss fights are intense!!
