The always online kinda sucks and has to reconnect like every 30+ minutes and it had a miserable launch both on Epic and Steam on top of the timed exclusivity stuff. The options on the store page were/are really confusing.

BUT...!

Despite all that, it's incredibly fun. Main campaign is great. Story is fine, nothing special but it carries the gameplay well and the ending is satisfying enough. Level design is still great. Sound design is awesome. Musical Score is great. Has genuinely funny tongue-in-cheek humor that doesn't go all Joss Whedon inappropriate timing on you. The new Ambrose Island free DLC is also fun, but feels more like cut content from Hitman 2 than anything (story wise mostly since it takes place during Hitman Season 2's timeline. I said gameplay wise in error, it actually does do things more akin to Hitman 3).

Has crashed on me on occasion but it's still relatively rare. The Ray-tracing they added sucks hardcore and is incredibly demanding even at 1080 resolution and using DLSS is also awful as there's a heavy bleed effect when its on but the good news is without them the game looks and runs just fine as FPS never dips below 60. So just keep DLSS and Ray-Tracing off and you should be able to run everything else at Ultra settings on at least an RTX 3070 like I have currently.
