Even if no one appreciates you, it's important that you don't stop being good.
People will always disappoint and let you down.

Hold morals and values highly and always try to do what is right above all else. Honest, trustworthy and loyal. I put the wellness of others ahead of myself.

Constantly anxious and depressed due to people over the years. Have zero self value, but I always appreciate the best in others. Though most people are bad and don't care at all, you have to try find the good ones. The few that exist. Good habits advocate, healthy eating and fitness.

I'm not a friend collector. I appreciate people and their time. I try to be around for and to always chat or game. Sorry if I isolate or go quiet, usually means I'm just in a bad place. I would still like to chat, I wont ignore you.
