As a long time player of this game, I can tell you that this game is extremely fun to play, if you know what you are doing. Guns are great, variety is good. Maps are fun and all objective maps have different paths, some servers just don't enable that option, but there is more than one route in a objective map. There are multiple secrets in most maps, for instance, the safe in notld, and the hidden door under the stairwell activated by a hidden switch in camilla, and the gun store that starts a alarm if you break the glass in suzhou. Lots of mod capabilities, very good replayability, lots of custom maps to play with, etc, etc.

I could go on with a lot more but let me end with this note:

NMRIH 2 is a absolute piece of crap, whoever in Lever games decided to sell this franchise to them I hope both sides or your pillow are warm, your microwave breaks, and your tires be flat in the morning on a weekday. Also the new devs seem to not really care about player experience and don't have a lot of communication between them and the players. Think almost direct opposite on how Helldivers 2 dev team responds to their community. That's how crap it is. There is a help/bug report forum on their discord, and all I can see is people reporting bugs and people discussing, not a single "we will look into it" from the developer team.
