The game and series had potential until I saw the previews for horizon 2 and found that it's just another woke developer pushing a political or hot button topic on it's users. If I could I would refund this and I WON'T be buying the second one at all. Games are suppose to be fun and yet some developers think it's OK to force things on it's users like gay and lesbian relationships.

The game has potential but the devs need to seriously balance this game. Exotic weapons should not be permissible on beginner the map. I almost never run any good gear when i am just gathering items cause you always have some scrub sitting in the bushes at evacs just waiting to kill players with their exotic weapons and on Bright Sands for instance that's a beginner map it's the first map players play on so alot of the players that are being killed by these exotic scrubs are beginner players who have no hopes of beating a player whose in exotic gear with their beginner white weapons.

The maps need to have their limits.

Also cheaters need to be dealt with as my friend and I were on bright sands last night for instance and we were running better gear mainly cause we had to fight some Jeffy's in the jungle so didn't want to be sitting in there too long and sure enough we got our job done and bam right at evac some exotic scrub sitting in the busshes clearly having to move around but even my friend said same thing the player was making absolutely no sound what so ever getting into a firing position. And my friends a PVP'er he has no problem fighting other players and same thing he also heard no sound whatso ever meaning the player might have been using something to silence his movement.

While the Tharis is the current top level island it's no better really scrubs sitting in dark corners just waiting for players who need to get to the forge for missions only to kill them while their fending off the mobs of monsters while they sit in some dark corner of the map.

Missions for the various factions also should not be tied to player kills in order to progress there needs to also be a monster kill so Kill a player OR kill say a Jeffy or Crusher to progress as not all players enjoy PVP and some get literally locked down on mission progression if they are not good at PVP. AT least give these players an option to progress even if they have to kill more monsters to do it give them that option so they do not get locked down.

As I said the game has potential if the devs balance it more especially on the lower level maps.

As it is not sure I will even bother to keep playing.

Won't be buying any more Game-Labs games being the political stance they are tanking on their game THIS LAND IS MY LAND. I come to games to get away from life and Politics for a bit and game devs are ruining that when they take political stances and advertise it on their games

So I will no longer be buying any of Game-Labs games being they can't seem to keep politics out of their games!

Had the DLC for this in my wishlist but after reading a notice the devs put out about the Heart of Russia for ETS2 I have opted to go no further with this game or this dev. Getting sick and tire of devs playing politics in a game. That DLC was the only reason I was considering getting ETS2 when the Heart of Russia DLC was to be released then read their notice on it so since they want to lay politics I will just keep my money for some other game and dev!

While the game concept is good I must say the community isn't all that great. First time anyone attacks me and was a griefer jut killing me over and over again. and he was laughing about it here I as a new player with zero experience and whats funny to him was to ruin my game play by killing me over and over again for a good 15-20 minutes before I just gave up and shut down the game and uninstalled it and refunded it. I had heard the community was full of players like this and I had hoped the reviews and comments I had seen were just wrong but from my own experience I can see there is some if not alot of truth to this. It makes the game zero fun when you have players like this in the game.

So hence I can not recommend the game sad as it is as the game itself is solid but it's the community that isn't!

UPDATE 2023:

So last Holidays a friend bought me the game again as he really wanted to play. I have since gotten into the game some but after a bit I moved on to other games we were playing at the time. Recently I returned to the game to find they had add Safer Seas and I was like WOW this is what I need as I prefer to just solo missions and such without all the hassle of if my ships gonna be sunk while I am off on some island.

Problem with this mode though as several.

While I have no problem with them nurfing the money and the reputation gain I feel they over did it. 50% would have been OK but they cut us down to 30% meantime those in game are earning upwards of 150% with flags which is another item they have taken from Safer Seas players we can't fly emissary flags and they have also capped safer seas player at level 40. So we earn less money, we earn less reputation and they take from us the ability to move past level 40 with the various factions in the game.

Bigger yet is if you have played the high seas mode there is a good chance you have bought (with in game money) your own ship or ships my case I have all 3. They have locked us out of being able to use these ships in safer seas meaning we have to put on our ships skins every single time we log in and skins do nothing other then how a ship looks so this is stupid to block us using our captained ships which allows us to save the skins.

And also by blocking our captained ships we can not sell items through the sovereigns meaning it takes quite a bit of time to sell items that would have easily been sold at sovereigns if we had our captains ships available to us. Again the money and reputation has been nurfed so no reason not to let us utilize the ships we have paid for!

Safer Seas is a step in the right direction for those who would rather have a PvE game experience as not everyone likes PvP. But some of the items they have locked out of safer seas is just downright stupid!

It's such a simple game just a quiz but it's actually helping me break the habit of thinking of Russian characters as English as being an America my life has revolved around the English language and characters so slowly it is letting my brain become use to the fact that in Russia this mean different sounds.

That said had 2 points of feedback.

Right now the max seems to be 30 questions. I would like to see this going up to perhaps 100 questions so the tests go longer and maybe have even more sticking power at least for the Alphabet! I have yet to try other categories being I am trying to learn the alphabet at the moment so concentrating mainly on that at the moment.

Also I would like to see a little more of all the characters. Some characters I don't see to often and others I see a little too much so I would like a more random mix that more equally covers all the letters especially if you do increase the question limit to 50 or 100 (Preferably 100!! :lunar2019grinningpig: )

Otherwise finding this a great tool for my language learning as not found any others that really work on the alphabet as well most are just phases and words and lack this key part of learning any new language that being the alphabet!!!

I has the potential I think to be a good game but the graphics need some serious work. I have played others games similar to this and the graphics just do not match up with other games. The worst part of the little white lines (guessing air or something) that just go streaming around which is extreme annoying.

So while maybe the end game might be better as it stands right now I could not recommend it

Does the road perhaps will rebuy it again and try it and see if anything has improved but as it stands now was refunded for it.

If Rockstar would take care of the chetaers by locking them out of modding the game I would recommend the game as it has potential for the online portion of the game but the way it is not it's horrible with cheaters and griefers and noting is really being done to put a stop to the harassment.

Locked out of my in game laptop and businesses
Kicked from the session and punished for something that never occurred as no way I can have failed to complete a job when I was kicked the second I got into session so there was no time to start any jobs even but the game warned me and that was right after being kicked by a modder/cheater

Other complaints rampant in discussions

Being kicked mid heist meaning all the work gets reset to the start of the missions.
Blowing every player in the game up
removing player from their businesses
Giving all weapons to a player which leads to questions in the forum about what happens to the player who is on the receiving end even though they did not request them.
Money from heaven.

Some of these obviously are more rampant then others but so far it goes on in so many sessions sometimes makes game unplayable.

Then you have the griefers ran into 2-3 today that just kill you over and over using the oppressor or some other OP weapon meaning you can't get anything accomplished.

The only suggestion given in the discussions is to use a clear exploit which is in and of itself a TOS violation.

So until such time as Rockstar deals with the modders/cheaters and griefers ruining the game I can not recommend the game!

40 hours spent gather materials to build a fabulous house. Spent time also investing to pay up 5 days in advance for the house as needed to take a few day break came back 2 days later only to find they had some sort of error which lost me materials and the house and they claim they will reinburse. What so I just have to go back and redo the whole thing again.

Not the only thing I lost as I lost game cash as well. About the only thing in game to do is build as nothing really to do in the game as so few playing can't even shoot other players can rob their homes and go full wanted level and not have to worry about anyone coming to collect the reward as n one around anyways.

The community stinks also make one negative comment post giving feedback about whats wrong and they jump you like a pack of school yard bullies. I've seen bad forum conduct in my years online but this is about as bad as I have see. Very unfriendly bunch of people playing this broken game.

Don't waste your time!

Games buggy as all out and lately we have been getting half baked hot fixes that still screw up the game. Good example yesterday they released Weapons pack 3 and moose Tru Racks. I assume the bug came in with the Tru Racks as all of a sudden we were getting loads of Diamond Caribou with no racks on their heads just small rings where the antlers should have been protruding out of.

How do they fix this? They get antlers back on it seems but rather then do their job fully by resetting the animal population to weed out these fake diamonds they instead chose to leave these in game for the player to weed out rather then just getting rid of them with a population reset.

Games fast becoming rubbish with all the bug another is tracking issues where tracks are up and vanishing for a lot of players or if they do show up they are very hit and miss making it extremely hard to track down animals you know have died and opps if you can't find that animal there goes your consecutive harvest meaning you have to get 5 more kills in before you can expect to even get a diamond rated animal.

• Tracks still screwed up it should not take 67M's to find the next track based on the skill and perks I have
  
• Beavers still removing tents as I just had a tent removed that had been in that spot for several days so if there was an issue it should have occurred before today.
  
• Gear being hidden when switching items. So if I switch to a lure or rifle sometimes not always but sometimes the item is hidden rather then coming up in your hands
  
• Game crashed short after the update just happened once but did happen.
  
• still getting a 180 spin when using scopes and binoculars
  
• Forum posts are being deleted for no reason. I posted a negative (but polite) comment about why people are getting frustrated with this game and twice the post was deleted. The post was regarding why players were getting frustrated as the OP was reporting an issue that started back in 2017 and was never fixed and because I said people were getting frustrated because of things like this the post was removed twice! Note the post being removed was a response not the OP and I was just responding to the thread.
  
• In Yukon sun has vanished you get the effects of the sun but if you look at the sun it looks washed out and devs did say it was a reported bug they confirmed this which I have also noticed
  
• Invisible walls sometimes block shots or mess up the distance measuring

This is but a short list of known bugs the ones I have experienced as of late especially but if you go into the forums you will find a bunch of other things that are not being properly dealt with
