It's been a long time since I have written a review on Steam and I just had to write one about this game. Before I begin talking about the game I want to point out that I did face some difficulty to having this game playable at first but i was able to remedy that and I have posted a fix for it over the Steam Community Discussion and it received a PIN from the game developers.

Now about my game experience. It was phenomenal! Everything about this game checks out for me. Good story, Pacing, Controls, excellent voice acting and game direction.

This is the first time I have experienced a game where it really does place you in a time loop. And holy crap it does suck so much being stuck there and it just gives you so much motivation to keep on pushing forward so you can escape it. You legit have to check each and every item and revisit old dialoagues to unravel something that you have missed and the game does a great job here.

One thing I will advice on is not to pay attention to game reviewers that have reviewed this game the likes of Kotaku who have devalued this game art direction completely. The other thing I will mentioned is that this game isn't for anyone to play and they pay close attention to the ESRP rating as it is there for a good reason. Finally price of the game. The price for it is more than fair as to what it is going to give you. But if you feel that it is a lot, you can always wait it out and wait for a discount seasonal sale.

Paid full price for the game. No discounts. An honest review.

RE8 is by far a huge disappointment. If you care so much about the story and how this ties in with previous RE titles, you're going to be super SUPER disappointed. I'm 100% certain that whoever came up with idea of linking this game to previous titles legit pulled crap out of their a$$.

The other problem is not just story but also from a logical perspective and i mean basic medical stuff. How in the world you're able to fit your hands back to be good as new by sprinkling some water on it is beyond me. Not even Bollywood movies would do it.

I firmly believe RE8 was done just so Capcom would push forward with RE9 to bring back all the original cast members Chris, Jill, Leon, Clair and Rebbeca one last time to face off the 'evil' so that the next installment of RE franchise would be something else entirely on its own. That is because Capcom noticed that they can't make up stuff and roll with it like they always have been to keep things canon. It needs to stop and it needs a new fresh breath of air.

The other reason why this game was made is because if you took notice, there are SO many game mechanics to what could be a RE4 game and that's what Capcom is doing. Using RE8 as a base game 'test' elements in using their RE Engine (Which we all love) to see how or what could be a RE4 game in the near future. Because that game will be coming out but with the new RE Engine in mind.

I still say RE7 is much better than RE8. Not story wise but from creep stuff. Speaking of creep stuff. The only good thing about RE8 was the doll house area. It was probably the ONLY part of the game where it was creative, original and silent hill scary stuff. That's about it.

Should you want to pick this game, pick it up at a discount sale or don't pick it up and just watch a silent playthrough on YouTube.

I don't even know where to begin in reviewing this game as someone who is a hardcore fan of the RE series. Resident Evil 2 tops a lot of the RE series as it brings in not just the horror or action but also brings a key missing component and that is the terror. This balances a lot of things in the game and it brings back the terror into the franchise the way it should be. If Capcom is going to plan on continue the same trend as this for future Resident Evil series such as Resident Evil 3 or Code Veronica, they can take all my money because this is how a good horror game is done!

Final thoughts about this game, I don't have any negatives to be honest. The difficulty while it is tough, even on standard mode, it hits just enough of the sweet spot to keep you on edge and to start thinking smart and be constantly on your toes.

Finally! I had the chance to play this game. I'll keep this review short and simple. I was able to get it on sale and I am glad that I did because paying full price for this game is just too much. The story wasn't that powerful but rather a simple crime story. It's a pass in my book and I liked it. There are few things that it could have improved on in gameplay but hopefully Mirror's Edge 2 will fix those issue. But for what it is worth, this game has brought some interesting things to the table of FPS and that is Free Running.

*HEALTH WARNING*
There are some points within this game got me really dizzy with the head spins. So be sure to take breaks in between each game session.

The hype train for this game is very real. Don't bother waiting for Steam Sales. Just get it and enjoy it. And while people say it's like NES Earthbound AKA Mother, it's nowhere near that game. Seriously, this game one of the best script writing you'll find.

This game is a no brainer if you have played part 1. If you like the first game, you'll definitely love this one too. Everything you wanted as a sequel to the first game is here. You got solid music, great controls, and a solid story. However, regards to the story, while it is solid, you will easily get lost with it. This is because the game does not follow the story from usual A-Z but it is rather thrown out everywhere for you to pick up the pieces to understand the connection between this game and the previous one. If you're still confused, don't worry, there's a great lore that will explain it all for you in the guide. Was it intentional by the game developers, yes it sure was and smart too.

Difficulty for this game is a no brainer. Expect to die A LOT but when you have some of the sick synth music, you can't go wrong.

Hotline Miami 2 Wrong number is a good pick for anyone that wants gore and fans of the series.

I absolutely cannot express how beautiful this game is. It is made by the same team that made Baston. And believe me when I say this, the team have taken a huge risk in going forward with this game but in the end, the results was high risks with high rewards. Everything about this game from stylish design, vibrant music, story, gameplay and art direction just makes you want to go in awe with this game. If you haven’t played this game yet, I would highly recommend that you do and don’t bother waiting for the sales to purchase this game. It is well worth the money along with its soundtrack DLC.

Who knew that you can actually give a fun filling story to a small pixel block. This is what Thomas Was Alone is all about. A freaking piece of block with an identity, a history along with him and is other block friends. Superisinlgy the game concept works!! Do I recommend this game? Hell yes!

This game... OMG this game... The legend is true. IT IS HARD!! D: But the best way to explain why this game is just so freakin good is because once you start to play you will bond with it in a love and hate relationship. Yes at some point in the game, you'll feel that you just want to throw the controller at the screen. However, what this game does is that it respects your intelligence and for you to think how to deal with a citation when your faced with a boss or a hoard of monsters. There is nothing wrong with the graphics. In fact I just simply love the environment design in this game. What I don't like about this game is the lack of music OST. Everything else is just good! It's a butt hurt game but in a good way. XD

**WARNING** YOU NEED A D-PAD CONTROLLER TO PLAY THIS GAME!! AND ALSO DEAL WITH MICROSOFT GAME FOR WINDOWS LIVE HUB TOO!!

I am so glad I did a Bioshock game marathon cause now I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, THIS GAME ladies and gents beats both 1 and 2 all together!! Why you say? Well the story line of course!! Seriously, I had wiki Bioshock 1 to understand the story because I honestly got lost with the audio recording and what is happening around me. The way this game was done is just perfect! Story wise, yes it does revolve around the world of Bioshock but the same time it does have its own story and you will feel very attached to the two main characters in this game because of their voice acting. It's FABULOUS!!
