Very charming game. Highlights include the artstyle, worldbuilding elements, music, and boss designs. Mechanics are a little shallow which runs the risk of going stale, but are solid enough to provide a satisfying experience. Would love to see more small-scale interaction with the environment to lend a little extra depth - in particular it would be great if smashing boxes, pots, etc. served more of a purpose than simple replenishing your magic resource. These nitpicks aside I found this game to be creative, entertaining and charismatic, and I look forward to seeing future releases from this developer.
