Enjoyed it honestly for as short as it is. Felt good, played well, nice animations for weapons, movement very smooth. No fps drops! Just old school awesome shooter!

Okay, so I do own a lot of survival games and each one is different, and the same in it's own way. This one...there's just something about it, it's simple yet effective if that makes sense. Graphically not AMAZING but it's not ugly either. The textures work for what is there already, the animations aren't AAA but they work as well. Knowing I don't have to worry about other players killing me and it's just AI(i have server but with a password on it) it's nice. So the game can be relaxing, all the materials are within reach, it's very easy to get up and running on a basic base within your first 30 minutes. I can imagine later in game it gets harder because guns come into play but for the place I am at now in the game, I am excited to pursue this further. Frame rate, textures not bad, WE HAVE ALL PLAYED WORSE and this is nice knowing the game ....well it just freaking works! Great job especially for the price of the game. IT's my go to game to relax now. Thanks and great work so far devs.

Of course the original is amazing, yet this Definitive Edition is quite the looker. New scenes that they could implement in the first, a couple different povs, the game looks and plays great! The story becomes quite gripping near the last half of the game and having the option to skip driving was helpful for me because there were times where I just didn't feel like doing it. I enjoyed the game for sure and am very happy I got to play it. I recieved no bugs or issues at all actually

So...It's def a game we should have gotten instead of the last 2. Enjoy it, but at this moment in my life, I am slightly burnt out. DMZ I wish had a bit more of a tarkov style element to it instead of an enhanced plunder. It's not bad, it's just. for me I wanted more. Multi is good, gunplay is good, something we have to adapt to which I am fine with because I'd rather have more of a new game than just a reskin so thank you for some new gun elements. YES AS WE ALL KNOW there are bugs, it's something that COD just has now lol. Warzone well, i like it more than the first because it's a bit slower and plays more like a BR rather than a meta gun shooter. Also I did this quick just for the steam awards.

This for me was a bit of a task to complete at first. The story did not captivate me at first and had to get almost just past half way to become more interested to finish just the campaign. The first game I loved it, was really into it, this one...just i dunno. I feel bad because I want to love the game, but did find it difficult to really get into. The gameplay itself was awesome tho 100%, enjoy that, enjoy killing zombies but damnit. the campaign grrr.

Going into this I of course expected a lot of dialogue and story, but holy crap I didn't expect the suspense, horror, the movie script style action and writing! I very much enjoyed this game and glad I finally picked it up on sale. TBH with all the hype before that I read about it, plus some of the negative feedback on top of positive, i said screw it and got it. I would def try the demo out but to be honest, if you want a pretty good story with a great twist along with multiple endings based of your choices made during your play thru, this is wonderful! I won't 'get into much detail, just ...well damnit I enjoyed it. Oh i did start about the first 3 chapters on kb and mouse, i swapped over to a controller and had no issues after that. (bugging out camera angles, also just the movement and quick events were easier with controller. ) I rate this 9 out of 10 stars.

Okay first of all Happy Halloween! Second, this is not a game I normally play (I play warzone, mmorpgs, horror ect) but this dang game took my attention because I wanted something I can relax to and quickly go afk and back in while I am busy. Welp it did the job. At first I felt it was a bit simple and lacking some content until I started getting into the story a bit more. While it's all text based for the npc interaction, it's got a good bit of it as you get deeper into the story of finding your grandfather. The ui is simple enough to only use a mouse to play and the music is quite relaxing. The progression is all over, u can easily stop main questing and work on just growing your farm but eventually you have to pursue side and main quests to get better tools and materials. At first I felt the map was too small and the point in the game where I am now I have the main area, a northern island, and a cave to explore that I have unlocked. I am curious to see how much more is unlocked but so far quite addicted to this game and surprised myself because as you can see from my game library, these style of games including look of graphics aren't my normal. Great work on the game and I am very optimistic in the games future. Yes it's a small following now but I feel it's one of those, that will stay around long enough to keep the devs working on it. Thank you for all your hard work and great game!

If you are currently seeking a new survival game to play, honestly this isn't bad except for a few things I found from my personal experience playing the game. With friends this can be a whole lot of fun ! Solo can be as well tho it can be high tension or scary at times because of the mutants that are in the game. The enviroment looks good, sound effects are good along with the ui for crafting and inventory.
As for the long haul tho, over time the game has suffered in population in the NA servers greatly, we now only have 3 servers and chances are if you are wanting to learn, or build somewhere that's not already taken, it's going to be hard. The crafting at first can be confusing but once u familarize yourself it's actually pretty dang easy and finding mats for it is graciously found except for a few items on some blueprints like a single nail. As you explore you will find notes, aka GUIDES that u read or use to learn how to craft something else like stairs 2, or walls 2. If you die you still know them as long as you didn't create a new character.
Graphically the game is pretty good even if you happen to place most settings on low or medium it still looks great for what it is. Reflections, water, physics are awesome, of course on ultra it's eye candy. The look of bases tho is pretty stale and most look the same except the interiors. There isn't too much for cool cosmetics aside the ingame themes like xmas lights ect. You can find most pics on the steam community page.
Gameplay is solid for the most part, characters do what I want them to do when I want them to and you will get the occasional lag spike on servers if you aren't hosting your own, but it's not all the time.
Bug, yes there def are bugs, even bugs that are still there since the beginning like doors to your base that show closed but are actually open, so most will just use a wall and take it down when leaving and place it back on like i did. Traps sometimes have this odd area of effect when u aren't really touching a spike but then u get stabbed and start bleeding. Bug like the damn roaches WILL ALWAYS MAKE U BLEED EVEN IF U KILL IT WITH ONE HIT MELEE. Sometimes the mutants will appear randomly in places they shouldn't like one in the middle of a forest randomly chasing nothing, or it will just appear next to you as you are getting water from a pond. There are other bugs that I have heard from friends but won't discuss them here because I personally didn't see it done or have experienced.
The biggest thing that this game has in my opinion, is the weather! From acid rain, cold freezing atomic winters that last a few minutes, tornados, nuclear storms, it's BAD ASS and so unique and looks great when it happens. There are other things that make the game cool but as far as uniqueness, the weather is the biggest for me. I won't explain everything because most that play survivals already know you have to loot for food, water, meds ect. If you do try this for an hr, remember one thing, smell or taste food first before gorging. Oh one more thing, it pisses me off that even if you are inside a building with everything closed off, it won't save you completely from radiation storms. Best thing to do is just make sure you have meds. (unless you happened to find a bunker :D ) **spoiler**
Other than those I mentioned, I won't say to not get the game, try for yourself and make your own decision. I am simply just pointing out my experience here to help you make your decision easier.

There is no middle ground so I will rate this a NO because of the lack of servers and players atm.
