Ignore the whining vanilla snowflakes, let them play Barbie and Pokemon, this game is beyond awesome. Art style is dark and rather simple, cartoonish, akin to Mike Mignola, and it works for the atmosphere. Not much of voice acting, but the narrator's voice fits perfectly. And the thick cherry topping, icing and filling is the grim and unfofrgiving hardcore gameplay, lovecraftian and depressive to the core.
Quite close to my personal 'rule of cool' - laconic, atmospheric, stylish, lovecraftian.

Really fun to play, even for people who don't want into MMO, like me. Still extremely entertaining beat'em-up gameplay and intriguing story.
And the music - this game's got absolutely incredible score.

Update after 2 years/ 8 thousands hours playing it, 43 characters capped... I can't believe I did it, despite everything, RNG, poor economics, client bugs and instability, burnouts and months of quitting, I'm still in. Good job, could be better, but still good.

It's... Beautiful. As a modern music industry worker I coldn't but have an admiration for a game featuring Chopin and his works, beautifully remixed - and I really mean it... Damn, I have to set that country-style funeral march on my ringtone XD

Not going to write anything new. Classic, although, is that my nostalgy acting up, or the scopes are actually way less conveniend than in the 1st game?

Yeah, it's just a rip-off of Plants vs Zombies. Who cares?

Помню эту игрушку еще со времен ВК, когда она была совсем в другой тематической категории. Политика апдейтов заставила бросить ее, X3, сможет ли интернациональная платформа вбить разума в тех, кто стоит за ней. Пока что веры мало, а Стим не позволяет ставить нейтральную оценку. Последние апдейты как идиотический чат и пр. не оставляют веры в лучшее.

Damn, I love this game. I gotta say, I LOVE Postal, I love the movie, it's the best Uwe Boll had produced, I even own a plushie Krotchy.

Not planning to say something new about the game. It's one of the forever classics, no matter how much casual is that poor sci-fi (I've been raised on the sci-fi classics of 70-ies and earlier). When I tried it first time, I've been constantly struggling with the poorly explained stuff, yet it's the charismatic setting that made me love it nonetheless.

Когда протагонист в библиотеке достал первую попавшуюся книгу Шопенгауэра (!!) и сел ее читать с середины (!!!!), я поняла, что инстинкта самосохранения у него нет. Это как затяжной прыжок с парашютом без подготовки. Или затяжной прыжок с парашютом без парашюта, если хотите)
