I can only recommend this expansion.

Expect the game "duration" to triple with Space Age. The base game techs and recipes are harder to put together, launching the first rocket is slightly harder, and setting foot on other planets makes you almost start from scratch, each time, learning fundamentally new features and laws of physics, new weird resources, but also the absence of common basic resources both force you to rethink everything.

All with a better GUI, codebase, QoL gameplay tweaks thanks to the 2.0 version of the base game (you don't need this DLC to have those sweet sweet Factorio 2.0 benefits, but thank god they implemented them before pushing this massive DLC).

I can only recommend this wonderful game. Best remake of Asteroid, great ideas, solid replayability. Talk about simple and effective, straight to the point.

Imp-ec-cable !

I can only recommend this game.

Wonderful visuals, great production value, almost no loading time, great optimization, not a single bug so far. Gameplay is very challenging, so do try it in Normal first, as they recommend, 'cause this is a REALLY hard game, even for veteran tactical players. Worst case scenario, you can always adjust difficulty ingame. Dialogs are okay, story so far is midly interesting. Hardly the best selling point of the game.

This is a game that should have much more visibility and recognition. Play it now!

I could recommend the game for its visuals and its ideas, but you don't just build a game on visuals and ideas. Otherwise, graphic designers would be the unrivaled kings of video games. But they're not.

This game cruelly lacks design polish and a LOT of gameplay code. Most of the bugs encountered really get accross like missing features altogether, especially in the AI part of the game. Some of the game ideas didn't exactly feel like entirely implemented. Even the GUI, which tries really hard to break the mold, do something better, deeper than any over strategy game, even the GUI is properly broken. Provided you play a tiny bit too long, numbers gets far too big to fit in, buttons gets tossed around by other visuals, scrollpanes continue scrolling even if there's no more content to scroll to... basic, common, usual design errors that ALL the games have to deal with. Somehow here, it's a failure.

Knowing the difficulty of the project's journey, one can easily understand what went wrong, but at no point does it mean that one should buy and play the game. Certainly not in this state. Provided the creator and the two devs can still afford to work on the project, I wouldn't expect anything solid before AT LEAST six more months of pure gameplay code. And only then, maybe, only maybe would the game be good.

But not now.

I can only recommend this game. The trailer pretty much sums it all. Building, logistics, mindblowing assembly, multiplayer...

Very rare bugs, even while in the middle of the Early Access, a dev team that's on the hunt for bugs and performance improvments. Maybe the only downside is the art direction, but they are working towards amping it up.
Highly moddable, already a ton of mods available. More than fair pricing. Cool and soothing music.

Ah! Yeah so just realize you're going to play hundreds of hours of this. Just a friendly warning :)

I can only recommend this game.

Pretty decent production value, nice gameplay, well thought. Not the big AAA look and feel, but far from an ugly cheap product with a gamedev team that thought too highly of themselves. This is a cleverly produced game, with a nice bit of challenge.

Some small problems here and there, a couple of non-game breaking bugs. Totally stable otherwise.

Despite outstanding art direction, I do not recommend this game right now.

EDIT : it's getting far better now. I'm waiting to see if they can definitely solve the problems, and if it happens, will turn this in a good review.
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

This is a rythm game at its core. A rythm game where notes on tracks slide according to performances, are out of sync with music, and are poorly detected on input. Best way to realize this is to try and score perfects with an unquantized sample feedback : sometimes matches the music, sometimes not. Tried to lower graphic quality to minimize the framerate rodeo and stabilize the experience, in vain.

Right now, this feels like a big problem. Would gladly update the review when fixed.

I can only recommend this game.

Zachtronics did it again. This is another mind bending puzzle game based on processing, optimization and creativity. Also probably the best of its already prestigious legacy.

Excellent production value, great visuals, spot on sound design, more-than-enough little storyline. Ergonomy only minorly suffers from lack of a couple of tips throughout tutorial. This is otherwise a game that plays very smoothly.

Very robust code-wise, all rare remaining bugs during early access have been eradicated. Except flawless experience on that side.

The game's challenge will appeal to players who accepts (or even crave) the idea of sitting couple of hours in front of the same screen, thinking their brains inside out to find the most elegant, reliable and optimized solution to an otherwise pretty simple problem. Steam Worshop is already pluged in, with tons of far too challenging puzzles, but Zachtronics game designers hand pick and cherish a handful of those to figure in the prestigious "Journal" where great and interesting community puzzles are curated.

This game's a love letter to your gray matter.
