Pro(s):
- Story doesn't correlate with the actual WWE environment (as they imply, a spinoff) in result of fresh experience
- Relatively easy mechanics (it doesn't have long inputs and also technical movesets) in comparison with its competitor such as Tekken, SSB Ultimate, KI, Street Fighters, etc
- Provide plenty of replay value so players will always have reasons to come back eventhough it might be too grindy for most people
Con:
- The time window for QTE events is just too small despite of its occurence ingame, either you'll have to mash through or react faster

At first the mechanics are quite awkward (unmappable key bindings & no drift function primarily) but within time you'll adapt to them. This game is really entertaining and the visuals still holds up until today =3

Difficulty comparison among another titles from my library:
DiRT Rally > V-Rally 4 > Gravel (with Gravel is the easiest automobile sim title)

It does implement real-time physics so vehicle maneuver & control often out-of-place.
It offers some challenges despite of its arcade-y elements, so I have reason for myself to indulge this game deeper

The devs always provides us with random generated events (even at post-career playthrough) so the game feels dynamic rather than linear, feels repetitive but gets the job done keeping us occupied with the time-killing
Again, this game requires REAL patience and willingness to improve, I'm certainly not one of those people
In the beginning of the game, Devs are PISSING us off by giving lengthy and often unnecessary tutorials

At the end of the day, if you're stoned enough as an individual, feel free to satisfy your curiosity upon this game
Based on my own experiences, this game is actually worth my time since it provides not-so-technical gameplay unlike DiRT franchises and other well-known titles, yet you must having the urge to improve to fully immersed at

As a hard fact, this game is also a great example of terrible marketing bad practice.

This IS NOT a continuation for the almighty Saints Row franchise (well they already set selling targets for their remastered good old third installment by now) rather is Fortnite with some Overwatch flavor but in singleplayer fashion.

The only similarity with Saints Row franchise is its GOOFINESS, and considering IT IS a video game this should fit well for longtime Saints Row fans. Since this game have no connection with Saints Row this game surely more enjoyable with the goofiness retained intact. It should keep you entertained longer because it's so nostalgic and also due to its open-world aspect you're able to spend time more for a broader purpose.

I also praise this game's flexibility. Gameplay is not suffocating literally. You're able to adjust the upgrade path and skillset management to your very playstyle making this game on par with your capabilities. You also able to mixmatch its respective agents befitting charismatic aspect on how the story should progress or even yourself as a player.

Storyline is also quite typical. It carries proper enough moral lesson but don't expect it to be extraordinary or even life-changing. It is something decent and also something that I personally recommend and should be maintained for old-school geeks like me. The only thing I suggest is less profanity option for wider range of players subject to age groups.

The only reason I can think of why this game isn't pleasing people enough just because people expect things beyond its actual results. Its open world still qualifies at visual clarity and crispness in comparison with triple A titles within its release date. (Its up-to-current timeline, near-futuristic world and technological prowess I refer to since this is an animated world) This game is also not a substantive and even complementary of major open-world titles such as GTA or even Watch Dogs. The technical issues only occurs due to unlucky situation. Its world kinda mundane, less in behavior, variety, also less-populated for a reason. (importantly performance-wise)

IT IS a video game (singleplayer emphasis rather than competitive or even esport title) not your longlife partner wannabe, you should consider each and every aspect including philosophical. Video game only capable to do this much despite of your obligation to make sure that your partner stay devoted for the rest of your lives.

P.S.: at least Persephone not the villain here, as Babylon rising up his suspicion but that's not the case, and this story ended up happily so my effort to finish up this game won't be in vain since i'm just recently finishes this

Quicknote from me:
Please do spend more time on this game since my review may be biased as I haven't put more time on this.

Brief introduction:
You're playing as a talented racer (the game treated you that way on purpose) and you're dare enough to challenge the locals through their invitational events, slowly reaching a way up to the top

Pro(s):
- Free-will decision system of going arcade-y or properly simulated (they provide you both choices seamlessly)
- Forgiving and adjustable mechanics (including predictable AI patterns) making this game less dreary and always open for improvements
- Mappable key bindings
- Free contents for the base game, (I personally appreciate this approach for the sake of variety and richness) and the base game itself offers a pack of varied race disciplines
- Stunning (I shouldn't overly exaggerate) visual quality, but they are really gorgeous and eye-pleasing
- As far as I'm experienced, this is the only title that Milestone HAS NOT gone too technical on their racing titles making it acceptable for wide range of players

Con(s):
- Weather systems are janky. God rays are pixelated in squares and there's no balancing on dark and night contrast so it surely mess night-time visibility.
- This game is NOT for competitive racers and completionists, as their mechanics direct players thoroughly become a better driver and not as high-level playground.
- This game is ALSO NOT for impatient people. I've played it for MORE THAN thirty hours and I feel so burnout FASTER than I should be. Since you'll encounter random freezes on (possibly more than one) several tracks (AND certain objects), you have to work around for a fix yourselves and also those process surely time-consuming (really, and a lot)
- This game's genre has been misplaced (possibly missing) because this is not a realistic racing simulation yet they still gives us an option to enjoy this game in an orderly linear progression as realistic as it may be
- This game deals nature rendering HORRIBLY due to excessive needs of complex rendering techniques. (HDR, SSAO/HBAO, tessellation, etc) Furthermore, these instruction sets won't translate properly into the drawing process of the corresponding tracks. (solely Milestone's fault as discussed on forums) Strangely enough I'm not facing even a single issue on arena-based tracks or tracks involving man-made environments (consist of buildings, concrete, and solid ground at most)
- This game's physics sometimes feels kinda funky due to over-sensitive rather than on-point collision detection. You're able to feel enormous force from a tiny tree/objects at times :x
- For those people who rely on game trailers to drive their interest of a product, unfortunately you've been fooled. Despite of this game being a true potential racing/automobile sim candidate, Milestone's marketing team treating this game poorly. I'm sincerely admire the concept of being brave and bold, but the execution seems cheap, low-budget, and totally half-assed. (They should hire more stuntmen and do more action for this game to having legit impressions as real as possible) They seems not considering this title would be a big hit, and luckily it already has, at least for a geek like me :D
-DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER to invest on paid downloadable contents UNLESS you're a hardcore/geek or a longtime fan, since all of the issues above also applies on those corresponding DLCs

Take a note from me, always look for trustworthy game reviews, either from some fellow players or even professionals xP This is also telling us why this game is rather underrated

Brief description:
This copy is the exact same as its predecessor (ATV drifts tricks), with additions of playable buggy and motocross

+ forgiving singleplayer season/career AI (plenty room for errors without breaking the harmony)
+ more arsenal to choose from, makes winning strategy on each track more possible
+ arcade-y. sports aspect blends into the game, which become rare by today's standard
+ Unreal Engine 4 (decent visual quality, great optimizations, despite being exact port from Switch)

- similar kinds of achievements
- you won't able to land nailed tricks while using motocross and even ATV (somehow bugged)
- merely some adjustments needed for those who already familiar with its predecessor's game mechanics
- short progressions/few singleplayer contents
- unbalanced race classes to compete with (buggy users' will indirectly have a slight advantage regarding the race outcome)
- customizing key bindings/mappings could be a hassle (needs to be manually tweaked, in any way possible)

DISCLAIMER:
My review may cause minor misleading because I only able to score from the gameplay standpoint, since I've never had interest to follow the TV serials' storyline, yet found this game fun (and quite cheap for Unreal Engine 4 based game) :3

Combat mechanics:
Since I have piqued sci-fi as a side genre I'm interested in, I found this game enjoyable. Some enemies are harder to hit but due to powers variety you're able to greatly mixes those into an attacking strategy. At the near end of the game you'll be unlocking telekinesis shot (I forgot the exact name but that's the gist) and it obviously a game changer. It'll be much easier when facing several troublesome opponents.

Final boss (Mason) and the AI in general:
HE TRULY IS THE PAIN IN THE A**. His movement are too stiff and since he's only able to be defeated by 'uncanny' methods, you have to immerse yourself into idiocy. Luring him into destroying his own labs is infuriating enough that I wanna forfeit sooner. Yet the minor NPCs are rather stable and convenient to deal with.

Problem solving on each levels:
The puzzles are easy to solve in general. Some of them kinda confusing so you might need to look for guidances or walkthroughs.

In-game storyline and single-player experience:
You're gonna have a great single-player experience on this game. The story is great enough to make you indulged into siblings searching for the truth, in addition to stop the irresponsible company which use those grand powers for its own merits. This outcome is kinda predictable because it's made for us to play hero, and it might bore some, also its awfully short campaign making it such a waste when the storyline potentially capable to extend widely.

User interface. game engine, and overall user experience:
Despite of the Unreal Engine 4's raw possibilites, this game should give more fluid UX. The navigation between menus are dull and plain enough to fool people so they may consider this as an indie game. I'm not asking for something fancy but it can be more intuitive while keeping some simplicity. The good point though, the cinematics and visual mesh/character model/details will please the majority of players as it feels like watching an action-packed movies

My all-time favourite. While keeping its old-school vibes, this also has great chemistry of fascinating art, blend material usages, and also powerful game physics, not only at that time, but also compared side-by-side with some recent games at the similar genres. This game provides rich and great moral story about human greed in general and how they wanna surpass nature's law way too badly.

How this game's mechanics blends in with the difficulties given also done well. They had composed well the player's skillset paired with the sum of foe given, required to clear out each level. Their logic and roles fitted each and every enemy within their unique roles. That precise details resulted in wonderful and balanced action-science-packed shooting game. Player wouldn't feel being overpowered or even a total sucker due to the importance of each element provided.

The only flaws that concerns me are stiffness of weapon aiming system (not so responsive) resulting recoil and crosshair often scatters all over the place, also sometimes the enemies' movement kinda sturdy and creepy, seems they are way too hard trying to endure the shots.

Masterpiece works such as this never beat the popular, online, PVP games, and they stays that way, period
