Way better than its (old) reputation. Fun for a long time if you like the Fallout lore and Bethesda Engine Gameplay, nice Events, polite community even nice to play alone (Fallout 4 feeling).

Only thing that is a real bummer: with friends/in group you can't really do much of the questlines together as many parts have instances of buildings. You can go as a group but progress only counts towards the instance owner. Also at many other quests everyone needs to do the specific task (i.e. fetch item X) to count towards his own progression, group effort does not count, so it can get a bit tedious.
Killquests, exploration and events though are a great experience with friends and will generate a lot of hilarious moments.

I bought this game in a sale for 10 bucks and man did I get my money's worth over and over again. 8/10
