Thoroughly enjoyed this game. The driving is robust, the repair mechanics is amazing and the plot was enjoyable. Really gave off that peaceful Mad Max vibes. The biggest gripe I had was with the quirk mechanics. You need energy to get hints, but at one given point I had eight different quirks. The game play settings did allow for free hints which did save me.

There will be times where you will be the most serious game of your life, where you have a four man squad, limited on resources and scavanging for anything useful. Despairity will hit you as you witness each of your brothers fall in battle. You are the last man alive in the squad, desperatly trying to survive as you get killed from a long range sniper. You died a hero's death. Your brothers realised what just happened and remain silent. Until you jump into the next game and all hell goes loose. Sneks are being formed everywhere, people doing 420 forward backlips left and right, people accomplishing the next moon landing mission with bikes going over 200km/h over hill screaming "content" as they soar through the skies only to die in an firey death. All ending in a victory under your belt. Thats when you question your playstyle in this game.

RIP Modding dreams, content that is cut out from the single player and only available through multiplayer, which takes a hell of a long time to grind to get. The only way to get that content was via mods. And now you cant. RIP Modding dreams :p

This game is pretty fun to play, bought it in another sale and had a blast in the multiplayer. The single player it isn't all that - just some generic characters surviving on the island (i havent played through the whole campaign) but the multiplayer is where it shine. Some friendly players who would guide you to players who would instantly murder you with one bullet to the head XD. Also the game mods are quite fun but haven't dabled it for too long but would recommend
